Summary:
Beautiful Ocean Views & Private Pier Access at Sea Cabin! Sit back and Relax! Come enjoy this Oceanfront (Corner Unit) Condo with amazing beach views! This newly renovated unit includes a very comfortable Main Bedroom, a set of Twin Bunk Beds built into the hallway, a spacious bathroom, and a fully furnished living room with balcony access, central heating & air, and Wifi. Must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property. No Motorcycles allowed or trailers.

The Space:
Plenty of space for cozy cooking in the kitchen area where you will find a microwave, efficiency stove, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, and plenty of cabinet storage. Sea Cabin 201 is also equipped with a TV in the Main Bedroom and Living Room area where Cable TV or DVDs can be enjoyed during your stay. When it is time to do Laundry, use the on site facilities just outside your front door.

Interested in spending more time outside? Sun bathe, stroll, or fish in our North Myrtle Beach waters with ease. Sea Cabin's grilling area, large swimming pool, and Outside Shower invite you outdoors during your stay. Please note that the private Sea Cabin fishing pier is now open!

The renter further agrees to comply with the resort's conditions, regulation and rules. Renters must be 25 years of age to book our properties.
This is a non-smoking property and all guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in the rooms will result in a cleaning fee of $250.00 USD

The condo was nicely redone and the bed was very comfortable. The view was amazing, but unfortunate that the pier was closed. The couch had some stains on it, and we found a cockroach (just one) after the first night. We had plenty of towels, but no dishwasher pods, or starter soap, paper towels that were listed to be available. The location is nice as it wasn’t too crowded on the beach and there was easy beach access. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony.

It was ok
Not really maintained well, but how are the managers to know if something is broken if guests don’t let them know. The tub clogged, we had to clean the drain. It was disgusting. The lamp in the bedroom fell off the wall when we turned it on. The closet door in the bedroom was falling apart, we fixed part of it. No dishwasher soap. But they did leave us with lots of towels and that is a big plus. The place was small but ok for 2 ppl. I think it could have been a little cheaper for what you get.

Very happy with Sea Cabin Oceanfront condo
Really enjoyed the unit. Was clearly refurbished recently. Loved the location. Could sit on the balcony overlooking the beach. Only downside was that their pier is currently not usable, but that was not a big deal. Overall, very happy!

week end trip
poor communication, to start off we went to pick up key they told me we did not need key, condo was keyless entry. She did not give us any paper work, later we saw a sign that said cars will be towed with out parking pass...we did not get one..we e mailed someone and they had one sent over. later we could not get the new energy thermostat to turn on..No one would talk to us to explain it. No one answered the phone at the Eagle realty..left message no one ever called me back.. The guy who we e- mailed would not call or text me, said he only anwers through e mails..got sick of all the typing gave up.. pretty un happy. would never rent from them again, such a shame.
