*Balcony is closed Feb. 10-17!! Deck coatings and paint start Feb. 10th with final inspections beginning Feb. 17th.
*Final stage of painting: the street side "W," the pool enclosure, and the concrete planters surrounding the parking area are all that remain.
*Both parking decks connected to the building are currently open, and the remaining equipment is staged in the overflow lot across the street.
*Interior work and window installs are complete (though two patio chairs are tucked away in the living room until after deck inspection).

Beautifully updated 3 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront condo (sleeps 6). Enjoy your coffee overlooking the Atlantic with a stunning panoramic view from this top floor end unit. This is a smaller building, with only 28 units. It's perfect for a quiet family vacation, yet close to dining, shopping, and mini-golf. The master has a queen bed with attached bath, second bedroom has a queen, and the third bedroom is small but perfect for the kids (with bunk beds and a fun ocean scene mural painted throughout the room). Basic supplies are provided at check in, but not replenished during your stay. The unit has a washer/dryer, newly remodeled and fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable living space. There is a "beach closet" stocked with chairs, beach towels, a cooler, toys for the kids and more! After a day on the beach, you can relax by the pool or enjoy the hot tub - both located on the first level and gated exclusively for guests. There are lots of games, puzzles and movies to enjoy if you prefer a quiet family night in. Close to shopping, dining, and all that North Myrtle Beach has to offer!

Amazing Views
The condo was beautiful and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. Beach towels, chairs, and cooler were all right here. The location was very close to downtown. We had an amazing long weekend. The end unit with so many windows gave us a view that was to die for. The hosts were great communicators. Would definitely stay again!

We cannot say enough good things about our time at Heather and David’s condo. They were proactive in communicating with us about the impending hurricane and kept up informed on the conditions so we could make the best decisions for our trip. Check in was easy, they responded to questions quickly, and the condo itself was so thoughtfully furnished. The beach closet is a fantastic addition to any rental. You cannot beat the location and everyone in the building was friendly and kind. We can’t wait to stay again. Thank you for letting us use your beautiful property.

Stayed July 2024. The condo has everything you need and more. The views from the 9th floor on the oceanfront are spectacular. The condo is very nicely furnished. The owners even provide beach towels and a closet full of beach chairs and sand toys for the kids. Highly recommend this place.

This was a wonderful condo, great location and view. All the tenants were super friendly. Great communication with the property owner she was super accommodating! I cannot recommend this condo enough!!! We had 4 adults and 1 teen.

This condo provided all our needs. The view was fantastic and the area was very nice. We found the condo very clean and a kitchen equipped with more than we could imagine. The unit and views are amazing! Floors were dirty. Writer had to mop them. Smallest bedroom smelled like mildew. Besides the cleanliness, the rest of the unit is great. Nice layout. Well stocked kitchen. Beautiful kitchen table and new living room furniture. Love the location of the condo. Grounds are well maintained. Pool and hot tub are convenient. Love walking out the door to put my feet in the sand. Highly recommend this unit! The owners are very kind and responsive. This was my third stay at this unit. Would go back again.

What a view!!!!!
We had a wonderful stay at this property. The view was just breathtaking!! I would honestly say that this property was the best maintained, equipped and decorated condo that we have stayed in at Myrtle Beach. We go to MB twice a year and always bring with us a few cooking utensils, frying pan, etc. because you never know what will be there. Trust me when I say this beautiful condo was equipped to meet your needs! Heather and David were wonderful and speedy when I did have a question. The only problem was the height of the master bedroom bed. Very high!! Oh, let me mention that there was plenty of hot water.

Great Stay at The Beach
Fantastic view in a corner unit condo. Great location close to the action but a little quieter part of North Myrtle Beach. The unit itself was fantastic. Well, equipped, clean, comfy beds, and lots of great details. The complex was great as well. Well-maintained, clean pool, and Jacuzzi, and just a few steps from the beach. Owners were extremely friendly and helpful, and were very responsive. Would love to come back again.

Very Nice!
We enjoyed spending a week in October in this condo. It has a great layout. It's not like so many others that have the bedrooms directly off of the living room or kitchen, so it made for some nice quiet sleep! The views are excellent. You are able to see the sun both rise and set from the balcony. The kitchen is very well equipped with almost everything you could need. It was nice to have a closet full of beach toys and chairs. We also loved that the building only has 28 units so that it wasn't so crowded. Parking is tight and would be even more so in the summer. We will be back!

The condo was extremely nice! Had everything needed for a beach vacation. I would stay here again! The only things that could be considered a negative- only 1 bathmat for 2 bathrooms and master bedroom bed is extremely high (has extra mattress) and is very soft.
