This beautiful three bedroom three bath oceanfront condo in Crescent Shores is ready for you. The 26 feet, long balcony, gives stunning views of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean & the white sandy Grand Strand coastline. It's accessible from both the living room & the master bedroom. The oceanfront balcony seating includes a tall table with 6 tall chairs.

The well-appointed kitchen offers granite countertops, & new slate appliances include an glass top range, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, as well as a full-size washer and dryer off the kitchen. The cabinets are well stocked with plenty of dishes, glasses and silverware. Additional appliances include a toaster oven, electric griddle, large crock pot, blender, a hand mixer, waffle iron, air fryer, pots, pans & baking dishes round out this chef's gourmet kitchen.

The coffee bar moves coffee making out of the kitchen, allowing guests to serve themselves without interrupting the cook. A Ninja 12 cup coffee pot, a Keurig large reservoir single cup maker & an electric kettle are all available on the coffee bar. The removable reservoirs on the coffee pots make the relocation from the kitchen to the coffee bar a breeze.

The living room features a mirrored wall that doubles the oceanfront view. Plenty of comfortable furniture including a leather recliner provides seating for viewing the 50" smart TV using Direct TV Streaming. Free wireless internet access is available in the unit.

A dining table for 6 and a 3-seat breakfast bar offers plenty of room for your group to eat together.

The oceanfront master bedroom offers a king-size bed, 2 nightstands and a smart TV. A walk-in closet leads to the master bath with granite counters and his and hers sinks. An oversized stand up shower with an outstanding shower head along with a jetted whirlpool tub awaits you.

Each of the two guest bedrooms offers 2 queen beds & their own bathrooms. Each bathroom offers walk in showers. Bedrooms include ceiling fans, suitcase stands, pillows & blankets. Beds are encased in waterproof protectors covered by quality mattress pads. Guest bedrooms have smart TVs. Your reservation includes all bed and bath linens, beds freshly made upon arrival, and departure cleaning. Guests receive a small "starter kit" of paper products (t-paper & paper towels) bath soaps, & dishwasher packets - just enough to have handy until you can make the grocery store list of things you need.

This 1700 square foot unit is tastefully decorated in "island style" with bamboo and rattan inlays. A tropical theme is carried through the artwork, fabrics, floral arrangements and lighting. The foyer, kitchen, dining, living areas & baths offer beautiful wood floors, while bedrooms are carpeted. Details include touches like hanging hooks in each bedroom for towels & beachwear.

Crescent Shores amenities include outdoor pool, 2 hot tubs, lazy river, kiddie pool, charcoal and gas cooking grills, heated indoor pool, outdoor showers & fitness room. Parking garage offers covered parking. On site security is also provided.

BEACH ACCESS: Just over the dunes & you have arrived for fun in the sun! Beach umbrellas & chairs are available for rent directly in front of the condo on the beach. Other water sport adventures are available for purchase directly on the beach.

OUT & ABOUT: Next door is Molly Darcy’s oceanfront pub with indoor & outdoor seating, bar & pool tables. Barefoot Landing and the Outlet Malls are within a short drive.

This is a fabulous condo. Very clean, spacious and very well stocked with kitchen utensils, glassware and any appliances you could think of. Great location to many restaurants and grocery stores. Big patio to sit out and enjoy breakfast and enjoy the views. Definitely would come back

Our unit was very spacious and nicely furnished with a well stocked kitchen with a beautiful ocean front view. It was as described online. We were there over the July 4th holiday and enjoyed the fireworks up and down the beach. The only negative I can say is that they complex only had one elevator which was frustrating when checking in and out.

Awesome Vaca Stay!
Great stay all the way around. Check-in process was very streamlined (quick and informative). Check-out was the same. Unit was as advertised. Great location and the view was absolutely breathtaking. Thouroughly enjoyed the high-end balcony furniture! Unit was very clean. Has everything you need (and then some). The well-stocked kitchen was absolutely great! We had some minor issues to come up and the host was on it and took care of it immediately. It was a little chaotic trying to unload everything upon arrival. Of course, that is to be expected because everyone is arriving and trying to check in at the same time. There were some issues with the elevators malfunctioning but that was no fault of the owners/ hosts. It happened several times during our week-long stay and was very annoying. All-in-all, we had a very nice, relaxing time and would definitely book again.

No walkability for restaurants....had to get in a car to go most places
mold in the shower of the main bedroom...had to move the coffee bar to get something we dropped and it was very dirty underneath(old peices of food and lots of dust...no extra toilet paper...nicely decorated and the views were great

The condo we rented for 5/28-6/3/22 was incredible! The rooms were well beyond our expectations. Spacious, every appliance, cookware and dinnerware you can imagine. The grounds, pool, and lazy River were kept in tip top shape. Looking forward to our next stay!!

Everything was as advertised. Very clean, beatiful decor...had a very warm feel to it. The deco made it feel like we were not in a rental...more like home. The tub was a big hit for our youngest grandson...did not want to get out of it!

Two light bulbs out. 3 keys & sometimes they worked sometimes they didnt, people smoking all around.
Would not stay in this area again. Condo itself isgood - decorated well & clean - just that keys didnt always work... ODVR does not have any control over issues such as everyone smoking in non smoking facility. Difficult to sit on deck because of smoking. Dont arrive on a Saturday - complete chaos. Do Sunday to Sunday.

Great week with the family
My family and parents really enjoyed this property. It is beautifully decorated, the kitchen is very well stocked with dishes and appliances, and has a large balcony for enjoying oceanfront views! My only complaint is the pool and lazy river close at 9 and there is no access to the outside shower/foot rinse after 9. This makes it difficult to keep out excess sand! Thanks for a great week!

I brought my girls here for a week as we had virtual school. It was the much needed rest from all the craziness. The condo was absolutely perfect. It was by far the nicest Vrbo unit we have ever stayed at. Everything we needed was available. It was so clean and the views were amazing.

Great week at the beach in a beautiful condo!
The actual Condo was very clean, updated, beautifully decorated and kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly need!! The beds were very comfy and nice bedding. The balcony was large and had great seating with an amazing view. Access to beach was very easy and the beach was gorgeous. The building itself was a little dated, the indoor pool looked like it hasn’t been cleaned or tended too in a long time. The outdoor pool was nice but no lounge chairs or floats the in lazy River due to Covid. This would have been helpful to know ahead of time. We had a minor issue with the air conditioning and the rental company was quick to send a tech out that day to take care of the issue. Everyone from the rental company was pleasant and responsive. Overall an excellent experience!

Condo as advertised, great views, clean and spacious. However roof on North tower was under construction so we parked across the street and had a tight fit using the one entrance. Pool and pool decks were closed. There were tea bags left in the coffee maker and the elevators were down for a few hours but these were no one's fault. Would have liked pool access but beach at this location was excellent.
