Improvement: cleanliness, smell, elevator, horrible MATTRESSES, rusty shower heads, plumbing!
To start the Review off, it was a very beautiful place! However upon arrival on 01/16/2023, the staff had plenty of time to make sure that the place was ready upon arrival, however it was not! We had no WATER upon arrrival, the property had to be contacted, but yet we made our Reservations, months in advance, which showed us that you not had looked at the property or prepared it upon our arrival and for the money you charged, we were worth more than that! The bed linings in the bedrooms was nasty and dirty to say the least, it looked like they had not been changed in months, and I seriously doubt they were, so off we went to Walmart for linings and covers, there was no way we could sleep on what was on the beds, shame on you, for the money you charged, you guranteed quality service and that you did not DELIVER and left the place for us to do, what should have been done by YOU, the property owners! The place had a smell that it had been sitting up for awhile. It felt as though, NO ONE got the place prepared for our arrival knowing we would be checking in that day, the 16th and checking out on the 23rd. Shame on you for not holding your part of the agreement, but we did by paying the amount you charged and trusting you would deliver the best customer service, NOT, but it was a lesson learned, you never know what you are going to get when booking online and even though I could say so much more, the Review will only let me type but so much, despite everything, we had fun.
