A 5 star rated on other site, canal front oasis with beautiful saltwater pool minutes to Warm Mineral Springs and popular area beaches within a family friendly community with one road access, sidewalks and within walking distance to two great parks offering numerous amenities such as basketball, volleyball and tennis courts as well as picnic areas and playground on a waterfront. The outdoor areas offer dining table, wet bar, fire pit area and canal access providing great outdoor hang out spaces and a relaxing place for fishing.

Newer central a/c recently deep cleaned and maintained regularly.

Pool is serviced regularly every week very discreetly without disturbing guests every week for crystal clear salt water conditions. The pool is now heated and you may add this amenity for $10/day during your stay.

Pest control happens regularly on a quarterly basis to control insects but they are very prevalent in Florida so you should still expect to see one here or there.

There are items such as a beach gear (sand filled canopy umbrellas/beach towels/chairs, boogie boards) that you can use for your convenience.

Owners live on the premises in an attached guest suite with private entrance on the side of the house between mid January to mid March. During other times of year, the guest suite may also be booked but these guests will access the other unit by a side door, do not use or have access to the lanai or pool area therefore you will have your privacy in those areas. The only areas accessible to both are the backyard and laundry room in the garage.
During your stay at this villa, you'll be close to Heron Creek Golf Course. An outdoor pool and a water park are available. The villa offers a private pool and a kitchen.

Best Place to stay in North Port
Location is excellent! Close to stores, beaches and the freeway! Neighborhood was very quiet! The owner is the best most easy going! House and pool perfect! I would definitely return to this property again in the future.

A Gem of a Place
Very impressed with this property and owner. The place was clean with lots of extras for the beach. The pool was refreshing and clean. Loved the patio area and furniture. Everything was as described and easy to get to. The owner was very quick to answer all our question and helpful. Great place and centrally located to all beaches from Sarasota to Manasota!
