Friendly staff

We had the suit, and it was lovely. Big bedroom, separate shower and bathtub. Everything was nice and clean. Comfortable bed. Your own air con in the room. Tea and coffee facility. Check in was easy, friendly and very informative.

Always impressed with this hotel. Service and friendliness of all the staff is second to none Great selection of choice on the breakfast and evening meal menus. Room was spotless, as was the entire hotel. I will always try and stay here as it's a stones throw from the city, but offers excellent value and great staff. Thanks

Great stay. Just me and my dog.

From start to finish. The service was impeccable. Helen was very helpful. Very dog friendly hotel. Room was very clean and spacious. Bathroom was fairly big. Would def recommend and i will be going back at some point.

If you visit here in the winter prepare to go to bed with your coat on. Should have stayed eslewhere , heating didn’t work in the room, no hot water until following morning, had travelled all day for an ice box room and no hot water. Avoid this place is one of those spent loads of money on reception and bar area and the rooms remain neglected!

The George is our preferred hotel for our Norwich stays. The staff is excellent; attentive, experienced, pleasant. Location works very well for us. Close to the city centre, for drinks/dinner with friends and easy/quick route out of Norwich for our drive south.

Comfortable and a great location.

Great location for exploring the city centre with easy access by frequent buses that go into the city. Bus stop is only 2/3 minutes walk from the hotel. Really good sleep as it's quiet and comfortable. Parking at the hotel is easy.

We always stay at the Best Western when visiting Norwich as they have dog friendly rooms. The staff at this hotel are some of the best we have experienced anywhere in the UK and the restaurant/bar is top notch..
