From the kitchen a particular spiral staircase gives access to the attic that houses the master bedroom. Outside, there is a large shaded courtyard with tables and chairs, allowing dinners under the stars, as well as relaxing on sun loungers in the cool summer evenings. It is a sandy cove bounded by two rocky promontories which, by sheltering it from the currents, guarantee a calm and crystalline sea ideal for lovers of unspoiled nature and snorkeling. For its peculiarity, it was awarded in 2005 the title of Spiaggia più bella d'Italia and chosen by the comedians Aldo Giovanni and Giacomo for the spot of a famous telephone company. The house is strategically located to reach the charming town of Noto, the European capital of Baroque, whose historic center was declared UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2002, Marzamemi Harbor and Portopalo Beautiful and close Siracusa.
