Here is a description of the spaces in the house:
On the first floor, a distribution of rooms includes a main living room with fireplace, a second living room, two separate dining rooms, a well-equipped kitchen with a meal preparation area, an entrance hall and a laundry room including a shower room area.
Each of these rooms is carefully decorated, benefiting from contemporary furniture in soft tones.
The combined dining room and kitchen area is vast, offering opportunities for family gatherings at breakfast and lively discussions at aperitif time. The lunch counter becomes the main landmark!
There are no bedrooms on the first floor, which allows you to fully appreciate these vast living spaces.
Upstairs, you will discover five unique bedrooms, each creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere thanks to soft hues and a layout reminiscent of houses of yesteryear.
