Firstly, we were not booked in but have to say the receptionists sorted it. The rooms could do with some money being spent. Overall all its run down, but could be made so much better

Bedrm in a bad way .needs painting .carpets dirty.matress had stains on it.would not come here again even if it was free

everything is terrible . Bad.they should do more , there is no heating, no light . i could not stay for 30 minutes. we checked out immediately.

Having to speak to the receptionist through a portal before being allowed into the building was similar to entering a Police station. The room itself looked like it had been burgled, tv & kettle missing. The room felt dirty, with the added greying towels.
