Lovely upmarket hotel on the edge of the Park.
As always,an oasis of calm and yet walking distance from the main central attractions. Limited parking. I was allocated a lovely garden room with all the usual amenities. The staff are generally very welcoming and polite.

The staff was friendly and responsive. The view from our room was wonderful. The dining options were convenient and the Sunday dinner food was excellent!

Really average overrated. Parking lot is tiny and nearest NCP charges £14 at a reduced rate. Bowl of soup and sea bass main with water = £45 which is a complete rip off. Won’t return!

Lovely clean room with great view. Particularly loved the goodies that were left in the room, which added a really nice touch. A bottle of wine was left and chocolate bars which really added to the experience. Reception staff were delightful.
