Room was clean and tidy. Unfortunately the air conditioning didn't work in our room so it was boiling and then with the window open was too loud outside! Had some very loud neighbours which stopped me from getting to sleep. Had to complain to reception.

Another pleasant stay
Once again not happy that the lifts are not working. But this time they were able to give me a ground floor room. Again, nice comfortable room, couldnt hear no outside noise only when i had the window open. Missing small jug to pour water into iron, had to use a glass and water spills on the floor. The freezer section needed defrosting. Also on a few nights, it got chilly not happy that i could turn on heating or be given an electric heater knowing english can change rapidly. Apart from that, lovely to have a small kitchenette with all cutley etc. A large shower, blackout curtains, didnt like the position of the desk to the tv, as i cant see the tv screen from the desk. Receptionist staff very friendly and helpful.

Got checked in. Staff were brilliant and let us select which room to assist my disabled mother's needs. Bed was huge and so comfortable. Air con was great. Towels were large and changed when requested. Toiletries were The White Company - smelt gorgeous. Free coffee and croissants were a huge bonus.

All good apart from a shower head that was fixed so you ended up with a lot of water on the floor. Other than that clean modern and quiet as well as a good location for the city centre.

Comfort stay
Located walking distance from city centre. The lift never worked throughout my stay and not good to walking up and down stairs. Front desk staff very helpful with my luggage. The room spacious, with a large shower. The bed very comfortable, slept like a baby. Especially with the thick curtains. The kitchen is workable, save on eating out. But the all taps in kitchen and bathroom (shower), should indicate which is hot or cold instead of messing around trying to figure it out. There is no point in the grab bag, as all it is crossiant and hot drink.

Great choice for city centre Nottingham stay
All fine; smooth check-in, comfortable bed, no noise from adjoining rooms. Can’t fault it. Helpful to have air conditioning during the summer months.

Ok hotel goggle maps takes you to Q Carpark so ended up parking there for £20.00 .. Pillow so hard neck ache .. didn’t sleep well Other than that ok stay won’t hurry to return!
