For what we paid, this room was great! Had 2 tier room, bathroom and kitchen downstairs and bedroom upstairs. A balcony which was a lovely touch. Can’t fault it!

Decent location once you find it, parking road side is so so, shower wasnt very powerful and initially cold room temp, overall clean and pleasant enough. Would stay again.

Decent hotel to crash in after a night out on NYE a short walk from the High School tram stop. Room was compact but clean and it contained a microwave, mini-fridge, iron & ironing board. (Though we never used them). Negatives were the toilet leaked on flush, shower was cold & not powerful and I think the building is shared with residential apartments. We were on the far room nearest the residential block and upon returning from our night out at 2am we could hear a young couple engaging in coitus in the next room. It was a banging start to the new year for them at least.
