Sehr schöne Lage direkt am Strand. Zimmer mit Meerblick, aber recht klein. Frühstück recht mittelmäßig, Abendessen könnte wirklich besser sein. Schmeckte überwiegend fad und pampig.

Hotel vecchiotto, con camere spaziose ma dettagli da rivedere (reti letto, materasso, frigorifero). Bagno piccolo, non finestrato, con cattivo odore, rubinetteria inadeguata e doccia piccola.All'arrivo ho avuto problemi con la serratura non funzionante, il problema è stato risolto solo il giorno dopo, nel frattempo ho dovuto lasciare la camera aperta. Molto bella la terrazza con affaccio sul mare, usata per aperitivi, colazione, piano bar serale due volte la settimana. Ascensore piccolissimo, a malapena ci stanno due persone. Personale alla reception sbrigativo e in un'occasione poco gentile. Molto gentile e disponibile il personale in sala (menzione particolare per Cecilia!), ottimi i menu a cena e la colazione. Piscina bella ma arredi e pavimentazione in stato di semi abbandono, pulizia quasi inesistente in quest'area. Bella la posizione, la spiaggia è a pochi metri ed è molto bella.Problema rilevantissimo, però, il rumore del traffico della strada e della gelateria sottostanti, per non dire degli schiamazzi insopportabili fino alle 4 del mattino. Molto da sistemare e riorganizzare, così com'è di certo non un 4 stelle.

Hotel molto vicino alla spiaggia (20 mt) e con un bel panorama,personale poco professionale ma molto gentile, l’ hotel avrebbe molto ma molto bisogno di rimodernarsi, è rimasto all’arredamento e tecnologia degli anni 70, pulizia non proprio delle migliore. Colazione abbondante e ben gestita. A mio modesto parere troppo ma troppo costoso per il servizio che da!

La struttura è vecchia e non consona ad uno standard a 4 stelle. Il frigo bar completamente vuoto, nemmeno una bottiglia d’acqua che di volta in volta prendevo al bar. Buono il prezzo, rapportato alla media di quella zona e molto bella la terrazza panoramica che si affaccia sul monte Conero.

Struttura ben posizionata con tutti i comfort. Ottima colazione con prodotti freschi di pasticceria. Bella spiaggia dell’hotel a disposizione degli ospiti con ampi spazi in una località tranquilla e logisticamente vantaggiosa. Personale cordiale e disponibile.

L’arrivo è stato un disastro, alla reception un ragazzino ci chiede i documenti e ci consegna la chiave della stanza, senza nemmeno dirci dove fosse ubicata e quali fossero i servizi offerti dalla struttura. Ci comunica orari completamente errati per la cena e senza nessuna elasticità. Ci dirigiamo verso la nostra camera vista mare (posizionata ad un piano rialzato con vista sulla strada oltre la quale il parcheggio, oltre il quale si intravedeva il mare), inseriamo la chiave nella toppa della porta (qui si usa ancora la chiave da riconsegnare alla reception ogni volta che esci, non sanno nemmeno che cosa è la tessera) e facciamo un tuffo negli anni 70.....una camera arredata quando è stato inaugurato è mai più rimodernata, qui è tutto “vintage”.....veramente imbarazzante. Mi aspettavo di trovare il telefono a ghiera per contattare la reception e a quel punto avremmo fatto bingo!!!! Il punto di forza è la posizione dell’hotel, direttamente fronte mare con una terrazza dove viene servita la colazione (abbondante e buona) con vista mare. Il servizio ristorante è buono con portate abbondanti e di buona preparazione. Da notare che viene richiesto un abbigliamento degno dello stile dell’hotel....purtroppo se lo avessimo saputo avremmo potuto fare acquisti in un negozio di vestiti vintage usati :-) L’hotel ha visto tempi migliori e le quattro stelle assegnate sono veramente regalate, penso che due siamo più che sufficienti. Nel complesso quando si è in vacanza si cerca di godersel

Conero grazie a Borghese
Quando il coronavirus ci ha chiusi in casa per 45 giorni ho visto per caso il programma di Borghese “ i 4 ristoranti” e ho visto la puntata sul Conero e mi hanno colpito subito i luoghi e spiagge del Conero, fino a prima sconosciuti. E quindi ho subito prenotato a Numana un hotel a 4 stelle che sembrava un buon compromesso qualità rezzo. Ci siamo trovati molto bene per quanto riguarda la posizione, la spiaggia e la mezza pensione. Per il resto la struttura è datata e ora non è più un 4 stelle. Noi abbiamo preso la suite che è rimasta uguale a 30 anni fa . Moquette con anni di macchie , doccia con cappellino delle peggiori marche Briko-io e water con scarico acqua che dovevi schiacciare più volte e sperare di scaricare un piccolo strappo di carta igienica. Ma con qualche piccolo intervento sarebbe il top della zona e quindi ci tornerei .

la posizione dell'hotel con la spiaggia privata è ottima. per quanto riguarda tutto il resto è da rivedere. non può essere definito un 4 stelle ma sicuramente di una categoria molto inferiore. c'è molto da rifare come il bagno, camere, menù, accoglienza e informazione ai clienti.
