We were satisfied with our stay at Element Spring Valley, staff was nice, room was clean, large and very accommodating, fully equipped. The only thing we didn’t like was that the sofa bed was uncomfortable to sleep on. otherwise the Hotel met all of our needs.

This hotel was in convenient location but simple ambiance around-Target/highway etc. No place to really take a nice walk. Room was clean and nice. Worked well for us.

They gave someone an incorrect room key and a man, whose whole family was outside the door, gain access to the room and walked into our room. We found out the hotel mistakenly gave a family access to our room. We was surprised and nervous that strangers got access to our room.
