Located in a very quiet Oak Bluffs neighborhood, two miles from the Atlantic Ocean and town center. Get ready for a vacation house that every member of your family and all of your friends will enjoy! This newly renovated home boasts plenty of room, 5 bedrooms, (sleeps 10 guests) aand 4.5 bathrooms situated on a private 1.2 acre parcel with a completely fenced in front and backyard. Beautiful Outdoor Shower with a private dry dressing area. Very feng shui!

Enjoy the backyard with the amazing heated pool (82+ degrees) Hot tub and expansive bluestone patio with a large outdoor grill (May 15-October 10), dining tables, and plenty of lounging areas.

Start a fire in the newly built stone fire pit and create summer memories! Or if it's raining outside gather inside and play a game of Sexopoly! Have a party on the large bluestone patio in the backyard. Grill fresh fish on the newly built masonry outdoor grill that requires no propane tanks- it gets propane from the house. Relax or take an afternoon nap on the large screened in front porch.

Inside there is an open gourmet kitchen, dining room and family room floor-plan.
The kitchen features granite counters, dishwasher, retro Northstar refrigerator and convection oven, and it is fully equipped with everything you need to cook all your meals and enjoy them as well.

Our game room is every kids dream. They can enjoy the X-box One game system or Playstation 4 on a 65- inch TV while lounging on the pullout sofa.

Relax in your fully air-conditioned home if the heat gets to be too much. Every room has their own AC/heat split with remote control so guests can have their rooms set at their own comfortable temperatures.

Bring your pet, or pets, because there is an entire acre of fenced in yard so the dogs will have full run of the front and back yard and stay safe.

There are incredible beaches, beautiful parks, a variety of water sports, high quality fishing and charter boats, terrific hiking and bike paths with access to bike rentals, really there is everything you could ever imagine for all of your outdoor fun! Delicious local markets and grocery stores for all of your grocery needs, fine wines, farmer markets, and pharmacies are all very close by! There are movie theaters, an arcade, and the oldest carousel in the United States: The Flying Horses!

Amazing weekend in MV!
Our trip to Grace’s place was exceptional. The house was beautiful and just as described online. The place was fully stocked with all we needed - kitchen supplies, toiletries, linens. She even left a bottle of wine and snacks. The outdoor setup was ideal for a large group. We loved the pool, hot tub and expansive patio. Everything was gorgeous and well kept. Grace and her team were flexible and responsive. 10/10 recommend for your next group stay on the island!

Worked well for our families while in MV
This place had a great outdoor space and pool for our kids. The rooms are a bit tough to split up between families because the configuration is interesting, but once we got settled it worked really well. We rented bikes which was great. The owners were responsive and had great recommendations. The string lights in the back weren’t working, which limited our use a bit in the evenings and the pool guy just walks into the yard and around the pool without notice and doesn’t announce himself (while kids are swimming etc which is weird).

Nice neighborhood home with ample sleeping space for up to 10 people comfortably.. Weather permitting, you can sleep on the screened in porch. Most awake time will be spent outside around the pool or elsewhere in MV.

Great for large family gatherings
The house was perfect to host a family reunion of about 15 people. We stayed comfortably and had a great time together. The house itself was perfect to accommodate a group of our size. Backyard amenities were great as well. One minor downside was that the pool water was quite dirty (it was cloudy and looked green instead of the usual blue).

Amazing house!

Wonderful Place for Family Gathering
It has been a tradition for our cousins and families to meet on MV every couple years. This is the first time we were able to stay together in one house and it was wonderful. There were plenty of bed options to fit everyone, and it was great to have the house stocked with toiletries, linens, kitchenware so we didn’t have to bring extra items with us. The pool, outdoor furniture and fire pit were great amenities to have, keeping everyone entertained and not needing to leave the house. The house is located in a quite neighborhood and is very conveniently located. It was easy to get to Vineyard Haven, Oak Bluffs, Edgartown and the airport. Great and memorable stay overall!

Great private house
This is a classic marthas vineyard style with modern amenities. Ac in every room. Pool was nice. Best part is that the property was very private the neighbors are pretty far away so it creates a little private oasis while staying inside 5-10 minutes to edgartown and oak bluffs.

Wonderful House
We stayed at this location in Oak Bluffs, Martha's Vineyard. It was awesome. There are several beds and enough space inside and outside for a large group. The pool was so wonderful we never made it to the beach. I will always try to stay in this house in MV.

The Perfect Weekend Getaway with Friends!
Our group of 15 had an incredible weekend at this gorgeous Oak Bluffs home! The owner, Grace was very responsive and made our stay welcoming and carefree. Every member of our large group had a comfortable bed to sleep in, plus beds to to spare! The backyard was an oasis and was where we spent most of our time. Grilling, catching up by the fire pit and relaxing in the hot tub and pool- it was perfect! There was also plenty of room in the backyard for us to set up badminton and corn hole games. We loved how close we were to the beach and downtown. We biked everywhere! We are already planning our next vacation here and hope to make it a tradition!

The property was better then advertised. Amazing outdoor space and the house is wonderfully decorated. Plenty of space for cars to park and less than 2 miles to town. Most importantly, Grace was extremely helpful, communicative and nice. This property is highly recommended. A+! Hopefully we'll be back next summer!

The Perfect Bachelor Party Destination!
I have been on MANY Bachelor parties, and I have to say that this was by far the BEST one yet. This is mainly due to Gracie's beautiful home. To start, Gracie came by to welcome us to the home and show us around the house and how to operate the grill. She even went to the store to grab us some extra paper towels, plates, and bowls. She really went above and beyond! There were about 15 guys and more than enough space to go around. The backyard has EVERYTHING from the pool, hot tub, fire-pit, and grill. There is even a good size grassy area behind the pool that was perfect for polish horseshoes. The house is also in a great location of Oak Bluffs and getting around to the beaches/bars/shops with Uber/Taxi was very convenient. By the end of the trip, we were already planning our next stay! Thanks so much, Gracie and hope to see you soon!!!

AWESOME GIRLS TRIP!!!!!!!
Stayed Oct 26-30, 2017. 11 Girlfriends had a lovely time in this rental on MV! The house is decorated nice, well kept and very clean! The owner has thought of everything and was very helpful before and during our stay! We enjoyed the property and the beautiful Island of MV!!! Downtown Oak Bluffs is just 2 miles away and the taxi ride was cheap ($3)! I would definitely seek this rental again if I return to the Vineyard!!

The house and the setting were Just Fantastic!!
We came for a wedding over Columbus Day with friends and we had an absolutely perfect stay! Everyone had plenty of room inside the house. The backyard is amazing and we spent lots of time in the heated pool and Hottub. We grilled out back and there was lots of space for us to eat and relax. Gracie was so accommodating and made our trip so easy. We are already making plans for next year..
