Accommodate up to ten people in our replica of the Washington Hotel, equipped with 5 full bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. One Queen bedroom has a private balcony with private dining area and also overlooks the grassy meadow that meets the Stanislaus river.

Beautiful Historic Home on River
We are Modesto Birth & Beyond, a Doula Group, and we celebrated two of our Doulas who are pregnant with a small little sprinkle! It accommodated all eight of us comfortably. The kitchen is an updated modern farmhouse with an open layout. Also, a lovely butler’s pantry too. We were able to make dinner as well as breakfast! We will be back!!

Great historic atmosphere
Even though it rained our entire stay, it was an awesome place to stay. The pool table was fun. Our kids really enjoyed having their own room. I recommend this place to anyone who loves history.
