Perfect Location and Amenities
We were a family of four adults attending a family wedding and events in the Bay Area. The location puts you in close proximity to San Francisco, Oakland and Berkeley. We were never more than 20 minutes to anything including Oakland Airport. We arrived late at night and the owner had the porch light and heat on ready for our arrival. The owners were responsive and easy to communicate with.The house is a half block to the beach and is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. There is a shopping center close by with a Safeway, Trader Joe’s, pharmacy, places to eat, etc. The house is very clean and the beds and pillows are comfortable. The bathrooms are modern and were stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The kitchen had coffee, tea and and other essentials including baggies, foil, cling wrap and laundry soap. There is a desk with computer monitors along with printer and paper and of course, WiFi. There are toys for toddlers, games for families, books for kids through adults as well as a basketball hoop and soccer ball. The owners provide beach chairs, bicycles and toys for the beach. There is a small back yard with an outdoor table and a patio table in the front. Both great outdoor spaces.This is a great property and we would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent host. Great place!
The house is great! Clean, great space and has everything you need. Lisa is a wonderful host. She has thought of several small things that make a difference and are not found at all vrbo rentals: toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, beach towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash, hand soap in bathrooms! The work station desk has 2 monitors and a docking station..it was great! Lisa even offered to get a beach volleyball for the kids and they played every day. The only thing that could be updated is the living room couch..its a bit worn but still perfectly functional. The house is a short walk directly to beach access. The sand volleyball is further down though. Great sidewalks and bike paths along the water! The location is good with easy access to Oakland airport, downtown Oakland and Jack London Square. It was nice to have a garage and we loved the fresh lemons from the tree out back! Would definitely recommend this rental.

Best out of 4 homes rented for wedding!
Very clean, nicely updated and comfortable. Had all we needed. Outdoor seating nice. Bed pillows and shower amazing… wish I had written the brands! Handy washer/dryer in garage but recessed under cabinets so watch out so don't hit your head!

Overall, my family and I had a great time here. Very close to the beach which was nice. We enjoyed the bikes that were provided and all the other amenities were great! Will definitely consider this place again!

Exceptional home with everything you need!
I will run out of room before I can list all the ways this home is exceptional. This home is sparkling clean and modern. Every amenity is available and the space is thoughtfully designed for family accessibility. There are books for every age and genre, games and puzzles, bicycles, sidewalk chalk, and a basketball hoop. Walk down to the beautiful beach and take the gear provided by the host- umbrella, sand toys, body boards, beach towels, and use the beach wagon to trek it all! There are beautiful spaces in the front and rear of the home to enjoy a meal or book outside, including fruit trees that our littlest found mesmerizing. Toiletries and pantry staples are available and the home is well stocked with extra linen and every kitchen gadget you can think of (including child friendly dishes). We are already talking about a return trip because staying at this beach house made everything incredibly easy!

We travel a lot and have run a Victorian B&B for 12 years, which has allowed us to appreciate well run properties. Lisa was great to work with and the property was clean, organized, well equipped and close to the beach. This deserves the high rating they receive!

The perfect place
We totally enjoyed our stay at the beach house. I loved the private sitting areas in both the front of the house to have morning coffee. And the back of the house to relax after a fun day. Loved the tall table for games! They thought if absolutely everything. Can’t thank you enough for sharing this awesome home!! Highly recommend this home!!!!

Nice hang out spot close to the beach.
I recently stayed at this amazing VRBO property that was an absolute gem! The location was unbeatable, just steps away from the beach, allowing us to enjoy the sun, sand, and surf whenever we pleased. The house itself was well-equipped with plenty of seating space for hanging out, cooking, and dining. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and the dining area and hangout spots were perfect for relaxing and enjoying time with friends and family. The cozy and inviting atmosphere of the property made our stay truly memorable. I would highly recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for a perfect beach getaway with all the comforts of home!

This was the perfect location for our family to stay while visiting our extended family on the island. If the weather had cooperated, it would have been a perfect spot to take a walk down the beach. Still, it had most everything needed for cooking and relaxing. They have toys and books for all ages. Super clean, feels like home away from home.

Great place, kitchen was very well-equipped, comfortable beds, sparkling clean. Next time we'll come in the summer so we can get more enjoyment from the beach - but it was a cozy spot even for a stormy winter weekend.

Our stay was without incident. Everything was as described. The house was warm and comfortable. The location was excellent with friendly neighbors. Being near the beach was awesome for mornings walks and runs. I will stay again if available.

Best VRBO Ever!
You would think there was not much to add after so many positive reviews have already been posted, but this was by far the best VRBO experience we have ever had. The place is clean, beautifully decorated but not so fancy you would worry about something breaking, less than a block to the very long walking path along the shore, with very comfortable beds. The shelves are full of a selection of interesting and well-curated books to read on vacation plus children’s books for all ages and an enormous number of games to choose from. The kitchen is so well stocked and sunny. During our stay, even the washer and dryer were amazingly clean with no smell of mold nor fragranced laundry products. Plus, there was a drawer with all the things you might suddenly wish you had (including scotch tape, all kinds of batteries, screwdrivers and non-prescription reading glasses). I did not want to leave, and hope to return later this year.

Great place
The house was very nice and very clean. We enjoyed some fresh fruit from the trees in the backyard. The location is great. We were able to take some awesome sunset pictures at the beach one evening and use of the beach stuff was really nice.

Great, but keys were not in the lockbox and had to wait for the owner to bring us keys for the house AND then GARAGE DOOR opener did not work needed batteries. He bought the wrong batteries and finally brought the right batteries but overall the home wad spacious and modern
