Great Hotel off of Hegenberger.
Check In was quick and easy. This was a last minute stay. Booked an hour ahead around 11pm at night. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. I have stayed here a few times with no issue.

Reasonable stay to be near the airport or arena
We stayed at this hotel because it is close to the arena. The hotel is nice and the staff was friendly. I got in line for coffee at exactly 10am, but the barista said she couldn't take my order since they close at 10. It would have been nice to accommodate a quick coffee as there isn't anything else close by except a very dirty Dunkin Donuts with terrible service. The rooms were perfectly fine, but there was definitely noise from other rooms that woke us up. The outside is what is disturbing. The entire complex is gated luckily, but there is still a homeless encampment all along the street behind the hotel. Overall, if you need a hotel at the airport or close to the arena, it's a good choice.

The property is quiet, safe and conveniently located next to the Oakland airport. The staff was friendly and easily booked my Lyft to the airport without incident. I would stay here again.

Broken shower head never fixed
The first night we realized the shower handle was broken and the sink wouldn't drain efficiently so we called the front desk and they said they would send maintenance to fix it. Then they called back and said no one was available and they would fix it the next day and meanwhile find us another room. We were out all of the next day but they contacted us and said they couldn't offer us the same accommodations bed-wise and offered a one bed one sofa bed room which we had no choice but to take. Later that night when we arrived back to the hotel they gave us a two bed room after all plus 20,000 points for a future stay. Our thoughts are that housekeeping absolutely must have known the issues in the room because they would not have been able to clean properly. It made for a very inconvenient stay as we had to switch rooms at 10:00 at night with our young granddaughter in tow. Housekeeping must be brought to task for this oversight on their part.
