Old run down hotel. They charge for everything. $30 for self parking. They say it’s a 3rd party with better security but they still won’t take responsibility if your car gets broken into. Careful not to take the water bottles in the room because they even charge for that. Check in was very unhelpful when an issue came up with my reservation through hotels.com. They immediately just blamed hotels.com and said to take it up with them. They didn’t even try to help, just immediately deflect the blame. I don’t care whose fault it was, I just needed the rooms I booked. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.

At check-in the cashier handed me the room keys with no explanation or map of directions. The place is big. It was a beautiful day. The hotel is in a beautiful spot. The view and grounds are lovely. The room was nice. The patio was nice. $40.00 a day for parking is a bit much.

I stay here often when visiting the Bay. I like the restaurant options in and around the Marina area where the hotel is located. A morning walk along the marina or waterfront is very pleasing and calming. The staff is engaging and responsive. I was glad to experience improved valet parking experience since my last visit.

Excellent size room, top notch toiletries, helpful staff for smooth late check in and very early check out! My sheets were not clean, had some stains; a few nights only stay so I ended up sleeping on the other side of the bed for the time being.

The two ladies that worked night shift at the front desk were very rude and very unprofessional! We had an incident with our door dash delivery and when I went to ask where the delivery was she said it was there in the table she doesn’t know who took it. She then said you should have been here when they delivered that’s not our responsibility. I then said I was here I was sitting in the lounge area which was less than a minute away. When I got the picture and notification that the food was delivered I walked right over. And all the food was gone. When asked her she was very rude and didn’t even get up from her seat. Mind you we ordered $80 worth of food and her response was very unprofessional! No customer service at all! I will not return there and if you order door dash…. Tell the driver to not leave the food there to wait for you to come get it in the lobby!

My family and I came down to have a nice little getaway weekend in Berkeley. I booked this hotel because for one I love Hilton hotels and for two it was right on the water. But I was not expecting for the hotel to be so dirty and run down. The carpet smelled really bad and was super dirty. The door to the restroom was chipped and dirty. The sheets and blankets were old and were pretty stained. A lot of spiders and bugs throughout the room. We didn’t get our room cleaned at all. This property definitely needs a major upgrade and to hire more people for house cleaning. The only nice thing about our room was the view of the marina.
