The only thing that annoyed me was the ice machine did not work on my floor. When I was finally able to reach the front desk he seemed to have attitude about me calling regarding the ice. I didn’t want to have to go from floor to floor asking which floor had ice. He stated every floor should have ice even after I told him mines did not. I ended up going to the 10th floor no ice and then the 11th floor where I found ice!

My day was wonderful. The area has many amenities and the Fogo de Chão across the street is a highlight. Went over and above when it comes to customer service cleanliness as well as impeccable service time. When it came to checking in and out. The view from the rear of the building is of the San Francisco, skyline Bay Bridge
