Oakland International Airport is a 22-minute drive from our home. The nearest bus station - University Ave and California St is 2 blocks away or 7-minute walk only. People are used to ride bicycle because of bicycle-friendly streets and most of the shops are within walking distance only.

We will require our guests to pay for any lost keys. A set of lost keys will cost $25/set.

Early check-in/Late check-out request:
Standard check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM.

Early check-in / late check-out request is possible with a fee.

The initial rate includes accommodation for 2 guests. Please specify the number of guests accurately when making your reservation to match the actual number of individuals in your group.
