Exceeded our expectations!!!
We came to Oaxaca for a friend’s birthday. We were a group of 9 people. Besides the hotel being so central and close to everything, super clean and beautiful, the staff is what made this hotel extra special for us. They went beyond the call of duty for us, always lovely, wether by serving us water and refreshments after coming back from a day of excursions, or taking care of every detail in our stay. This is a must stay for your stay in Oaxaca!

This property is perfect for those who like a warm and friendly environment. Ale and all staff are incredible hosts. I asked them to please have flowers for my mom and they were responsive and the flowers were beautiful. The hotel is centrally located with many restaurants nearby. I would recommend this location to my friends and family and I plan to be back.

This hotel provided superior best in class customer service. The property courtyard is beautiful and quiet. An Oasis in Oaxaca
Great little hotel with an amazing caring staff. Daily breakfast in courtyard and welcome and exit gifts makes you feel like you are part of the Nanavida community. Room was great size with a large bathroom. Comfortable beds with little outsode noise. Very safe environment created by the hosts.

I absolutely love this hotel and their staff!!! This has been THE best experience I've had in a hotel ever. The staff is always making sure you have what you need and they shower you with gifts from the moment you arrive. You get an artisanal soap for each family member, mezcal, and artisanal bracelets for the kids. They have unlimited water, soda, sparkling water, and sport drinks at the front desk. Continental breakfast included every morning with fresh fruit cut every morning and orange juice squeezed daily. On departure, there are more presents, coffee beans for the guys, and an artisanal blouse for the girls. We had some minor issues with our room, but the staff was fast and efficient to solve them. We will come back on our next trip to Oaxaca!!!

The staff were very attentive and cheerful. They went out of their way to make us comfortable. The inner courtyard was calm, lovely, and inviting. Breakfast options were an included continental breakfast with fresh fruits, a variety of breads, coffees, etc. For a nominal fee you could order eggs, toast, ham. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable and they provide a white noise machine and earplugs! I highly recommend this property!

Espectacular!! El hotel es muy bonito y muy comodo pero lo que lo hizo excepcional fue la atencion. Nos dieron mil regalos a la entrada y la salida y aguita o lo que quisieramos de tomar frio para antes de salir. Super agredicidas con Evelyn, Humberto y en general todo el personal. Nice accomodations and walking distance to major sites. The staff was great. In the early morning you will be awaken by the birds. Wear ur earplus. A lot of great restaurants nearby. We walked to the ADO bus station and took a dau trip to Puerto Escondido. Would like to come back an stay here and explore more of Oaxaca.
