The best part of this hotel is the rooftop terrace! It is a treat to go see the sun set. My only complaint was the water pressure of the sinks. Luckily the shower was fine.

Location was excellent. No elevator made it hard with my children. The included breakfast was at a different hotel location so we had to walk a few blocks away. No parking spaces so had to walk about 10mins with luggage and kids. Overall would recommend and keep the things listed in mind.

Hotel is very nice and beautifully designed. Staff is helpful and friendly. The only down side is the beds which feel like they have plastic covers on the mattresses, under nice bedding.

The main draw is being in the heart of downtown Oaxaca, steps from the Zocalo. The staff was very good. The breakfast lady is feisty, so be ready. She kind of yelled at my wife and is very short with her answers. Brought us stuff we didn't order, and said we did. Great stay overall...the 2 BR was huge and comfy. The view from the windows and balcony were of the lively street below, and the amazing Oaxaca mountains and skies(my favorite part)!

Overall, good place to stay!
We stayed here for one night on our travels home from Oaxaca. The positives: good air conditioning, lots of space, great location, and a handy wet bar with a little refrigerator. The room for improvement: our toilet did not flush very well (we told them and I believe they will fix it), our water in the shower was a weak stream of water, and the bed was a little firm. But the bedding and towels were very nice!

El hotel está en una zona súper céntrica. Caminando se llega a muchos lugares para comer y visitar. El hotel es lindo y el servicio es muy bueno. Solo 3 cosas que deberían de ponerle más atención. La Señora que hace los desayunos necesita ayuda, está sola haciendo todo y los huéspedes tiene esperar mucho tiempo para ordenar la comida y sea servida. Hace su trabajo muy bien pero necesita ayuda. El agua de la regadera es cada nula, no importa la hora. Necesitan arreglar la presión de agua. Y tercera el poner colgantes en las puertas que señalen si el huésped necesita servicio de cuarto o no.
