Es befanden sich leider dunkle Haare auf der Bettwäsche bei Ankunft. Ebenso haben wir die ersten Stunden des Abends sehr gefroren, das Zimmer war bei Ankunft sehr kalt. Im Laufe des Abends wurde es dann bei voller Heuzkraft besser. Lage war für uns perfekt. Restaurant und Service waren perfekt. Sehr gutes Restaurant und Frühstück!

Guten Tag Frau Sulek,herzlichen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Es tut uns sehr leid, dass bei Ihrer Ankunft Haare auf der Bettwäsche waren. Wir beziehen die Betten vor jeder Anreise frisch. Natürlich kann es immer sein, das z.B. von einem Zimmermädchen Haare auf die Bettwäsche gefallen sind, das tut uns wirklich leid und dafür möchten wir uns auch entschuldigen. Wir hätten uns jedoch sehr gefreut, wenn Sie uns direkt darauf angesprochen hätten, dann hätten wir diese entfernen können. Ihr positives Feedback für unser Restaurant und Frühstück geben wir gerne weiter!Wir wünschen Ihnen Alles Gute!Mit besten GrüßenHotel Weinklausei.A. Carla Becherer

Lieber Gast, wir bedanken uns herzlich für Ihre tolle Bewertung. Beim Erweiterungsbau des Hotesl war kein Pool geplant, da nebenan die Oberstdorfer Therme ist bzw. war. die Therme wird jetzt abgerissen und neu gebaut, der neue Standort der Therme ist leider noch nicht klar. Wir Planen im Hotel erst weiter, wenn wir den Standort der neuen Therme wissen. Mit freundlichen Grüßen i.A. Lijonel Jaha
