I booked a room (long-distance) for my son who was evacuated prior to Hurricane Milton. He had a great stay and said the following: Beautiful large clean suite, friendly and helpful staff. Sam was especially helpful and efficient; and when my son's power at home returned earlier than predicted, she arranged for a prompt refund of his pre-paid pet fees. Thank you!!!

The checking in was quick since we paid for it on line in advance. We had a handicap room on the first floor. The rug was dirty, parking lot was noisy and around midnight there were people taking loud outside in the hallway. The room was clean but the rug was dirty and the furniture old and damaged. We only stayed one night will not be staying there again.

Just a quick overnight stay on our way back into FL. Close to the Florida Greenway Trail, where we rode our bikes before checking out.
