This property was clean. The rooms were bigger than expected and beautiful. It was close to a lot of businesses but yet it was quiet and safe. Would stay here again.

Just average, check in clerk was brusque, breakfast was okay. Noise was a bit much, could hear the plumbing from rooms above all night, cleaning staff started banging around with their carts before 7:00 AM. Won't stay here again.

Quick stop over
Quick stop over on the way to a funeral lots of dogs on/in the property. I like dogs but dont believe they should be allowed in Breakfast area. There were five dogs when I went down all hanging by the food. Hotel is nice. Rooms are spacious. Got a good recommendation for dinner from the front desk.

I'm going to start off by saying we paid $1400 to book this hotel for a week...so keep that in mind when I say what I'm about to say..... We got their and they had us in a handicap room (we are not handicap) so there's no bath tub and I was traveling with a 2yr old who was scared of the shower. Not a HUGE deal we managed. We got there on a Thursday and I asked on Saturday for our trash to be taken out and fresh towels (we had to use towels to keep the water from spreading threw the bathroom because there was nothing keeping the water from coming out of the shower) and nothing. I asked again when we got back that day and nothing. So Sunday I asked again and finally someone came. Monday I wanted to go swimming with my inlaws (we picked this hotel specifically because there was an indoor pool) and there was a sign saying "swimming lessons 1-7 be respectful". I'm like ok...got in there and there was a woman doing swimming lessons to the point where she was screaming at the kids and there were screaming kids... I paid $1400 to deal with that??? Then on Tuesday I decided to do a load of wash, $3 to wash and $3 to dry. Not too bad. Paid for the wash, switched it to the dryer and paid for the dryer. Came back, it wasn't dried. Paid for another dryer cycle again. It still wasn't dry. I went down to talk to someone and he just said he'd put a maintenance ticket in. I paid for a 3rd cycle. Came back and it STILL WAS NOT DRY. At this point my clothes let like mildew so I went down AGAIN.
