This is a 3 br, 3 bath direct oceanfront unit. Our cleaning service has already taken precautions to make sure the unit is thoroughly disinfected between rentals. There is free WiFi in the unit. Also this area of OCMD is much less crowded then areas closer to the boardwalk so you can easily be on the beach and maintain a safe distance from others. If you see this posted on craigslist it is a scam! i only rent through vrbo. It is beautifully decorated, has all the amenities you need for a relaxing week, and has flat screens in every bedroom. The oceanfront bedroom has a king size bed and a 40 inch flatscreen. The master bathroom has a bath/shower and sink. There is also an enclosed balcony off of this bedroom that can be a sitting area or a sleeping area. There is a queen size futon on the balcony. The second huge bedroom has an incredible bay view (with stunning sunsets) and has two queen beds and a 42inch flatscreen and adjoining full bath. The third bedroom also has a bay view and has a day bed with trundle bed and a twin over full futon. There is a mounted flatsceen in that room also. The living room has a sectional, 50 inch flatsceen and adjoining outdoor balcony. This second balcony is open and has counter height table and chairs to feel and smell the ocean. the living area with a table and six chairs and also has a dining area and bar stools for eating at the kitchen counter. The Atlantis is located on 103rd street which is in a section of high rises where the area is magnificent and the people are exceptional. Its on the 17th floor so the views are breathtaking of the ocean and the sound of the waves crashing are amazing. There is also a second enclosed balcony off the master bedroom where you can enjoy the views and sounds. Additionally, there is an amazing view of the bay from the second and third bedrooms. Most importantly, you leave your unit, pass the great pool and you are on the beach. Right next door is the Clarion which is great since it has both indoor and outdoor pools, outdoor eating and entertainment and indoor eating (bar and restaurant). There is Free wireless wifi. Bedding and towels are NOT included (only pillows).
During your stay at this condo building, you're just a quick walk from Ocean City Beach. Features include a water park and 1 hot tub. A private pool and a kitchen are available in the condo.

Family Week at the Beach
We had a wonderful stay at the Atlantis! The condo was the perfect size for our group! The owner Sharon was so helpful and great to work with! Being on the 17th floor, we had no issues with elevators! They were quick and there was ample parking, even for day guests to come spend the day on the beach! Although Hurricane Debby had us leave early, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Thank you Sharon!!!

I had no problem communicating with the unit owner. Unit was clean and had everything we needed beautiful view of the ocean, but also scary. I had 2 Three year-olds and they were chairs on the deck that they could push over and fall over easy fix just put them inside, but definitely a beautiful view . We would stay here again

Fabulous Summer Stay
My family stayed at this ocean front condo for one week and enjoyed it very much. We were a total of 13 guests (most children and 5 adults) but the home was large enough for host us comfortably. Sharon was very responsive to our messages and very kind. The condo is near the top floors so has a beautiful view of the ocean. There is a convenient pool downstairs with reasonable hours. The parking situation was very good, we did not have any issues, even with three cars. The staff in the security office downstairs were also very helpful. The condo is well furnished and has the cooking ware in the kitchen to use. Walmart is only a 15-20 minute drive and Food Lion is only 3-5 minutes away if you need anything. The Original Fractured Prune, Uber Bagels, and other nice restaurants are near by. We were lucky to find the week we stayed available. Just a Fabulous Summer stay.

Great vacation spot.
Sharon was great to work with. She provided all the details needed for a great arrival, stay and departure. The ocean view from the balcony was spectacular as was the sunset view from the other bedroom. Her beach tips were very useful in saving us time and energy. 17th floor overlooking the Atlantic @ the Atlantis
The unit worked out well for our family. Location is outstanding. Beautiful views. The owner of the unit made sure we were aware that we need to provide our own linens. Very helpful. Roses discount store across the street has whatever you need very reasonably. Gave 4 stars on cleanliness, the previous renters left very dirty pots and pans. Housekeeping must have missed that. It happens. All in all, very pleased with the rental.

Fun family stay in Ocean City
We had a beautiful week at this property. The views were stunning and you can hear the waves from the balconies. You can see the sunrise from the master bedroom. Very short walk to the beach (which is ideal for us with kids - so much to carry!). The pool was fun for the kiddos as well. The owner was quick to answer and communicate. Highly recommend for families!

Awesome fun in OC
We had a great stay in OC at the Condo. It was a beautiful view from the 17th floor overlooking the ocean. I would highly recommend this for anyone traveling to OC. Our children and grandchildren stayed with us and had a blast. Thank you again Sharon for providing a wonderful place to stay.

Wonderful Week
We all loved the roominess of the condo as well as the great views of the ocean and the bay. The condo was equipped with everything we needed and more. The owner was wonderful to work with and incredibly responsive. With young children, the short walk to the ocean and the convenience of the pool was a great feature. We will stay here again!

Better than anything we could ask for
The owner was so nice and willing to cooperate with. The listing was a LOT more spacious and roomy as imagined and everything was so smooth and just pleasant. The pool was closed earlier than expected but that could also be because it is not memorial day yet. The location was only okay bc the beach was not as crowded and the food lion was right there, but there were not as many places to eat or activities less than a 10 minute walk, but nothing awful. The entire condo itself was not busy for the most part however around noon it was hard to get onto an elevator on most days so we’d take the stairs from the 17th floor but even that was not the worst because we were so grateful of the view up there. The whole place was so nice to handle overall. I will say the AC was hard in the beginning and on Mondays there are window cleaners / maintenance people coming into the room that we were not warned about, but the staff was very kind and such nice people to talk to so we did not mind them being in the room at all, in fact I wish they could have partied more with us haha. Overall the stay was so pleasant and just really made the vacation a vacation for us. Security was amazing as well. We loved Sharon, and hope to be welcomed back again. The only thing I would reccomend is a full body mirror or just additional mirrors around, brighter lights inside, and lights on the patios ! And the door to be oiled because it was really hard to pull, our mothers probably wouldnt ever want to be on the patio.
