Welcome to your next vacation at the Antigua. This fabulous, fully upgraded 8th floor ocean-front condo has free wifi, and comfortably sleeps 6 with 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a COMFY pull-out queen size sofa. Wake up to stunning, unobstructed views of the beach and ocean through wall-to-wall windows in both the living room and master bedroom. You're only steps from the beach, and the seasonally heated outdoor pool open until early October. If you're just seeking some sand in the sun, our private beachfront picnic/activity area is always open. This centrally-located condo is walking distance to great restaurants, shops, mini golf, bowling and Ocean City's largest supermarket (ACME). When it's time to travel further than walking distance, hop on the Ocean City Beach Bus to the boardwalk with a $4 all-day pass - there's a bus stop right outside on 86th St. Or drive just a few miles to Bethany, Assateague Island and Fenwick Island State Park.

***NOTE: This is a Saturday-Saturday weekly stay during July and August***
***NOTE: Renters must arrive by 5pm during the off season, October - Memorial Day and by 9pm during the summer.

- Building Registration Fee $50 for parking pass during summer season:
(Memorial Day - Oct. 15). You must register upon arrival. IF the office is closed when you arrive, you can park overnight but you must register for your parking pass by 11am the next morning.

WHAT WE PROVIDE & WHAT YOU BRING:
- We provide the following: bed pillows, bed blankets, beach chairs, dish detergent, liquid hand soap, and cleaning supplies
- Renters are responsible for bringing: bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, and paper products

HEALTH & SAFETY:
In response to COVID-19, we are taking extra precautions to ensure guests stay healthy and remain COVID-free. Before and after each stay, the unit is professionally deep cleaned, with specific emphasis on sanitizing high-touch areas like doorknobs, cabinet handles, and remote controls. Once here, guests are highly encouraged to follow proper health & safety protocols from the CDC. During the winter months, the building is fairly empty, making it easier to social distance.

Family beach vacation
We had such a lovely family beach vacation. This condo is a perfect location - it has a calm beach area with an amazing bank of windows inside to watch the ocean and your beach gear, a central location to activities and food, a quiet building, and a great pool to enjoy. The condo itself is well-equipped, very clean, and extremely comfortable to live in. We found ourselves constantly drawn to the windows to watch the ocean and beach.

Beautiful views of Sunrise at OCMD
Most beautiful views of sunrise/sunset of the OC coastline. We loved this lovely decorated beach front condo. Private entrance to the beach and Large pool on site as well. Walking distance to Layton's for breakfast and great location to mini golf, Harrison's Harbor Watch Inlet, Boardwalk, Assateague, Jolly Roger Splash Mountain, and the Speedway. Ellen quickly responded with any questions and/or needs. Great views of Fireworks on the Beach! Very relaxing and peaceful. Family enjoyed Roku on all 3 TV's in the condo and we got caught up on our favorite shows. Felt very safe on the Antigua property with our Family. One of the best places ever! Thank you OCMD.

Location, location, location!!!!!!
My husband and our two little ones stayed at this condo and we had a blast. The ocean view is truly spectacular, that and the easy access to the beach is what made this vacation a memorable one. The condo had pretty much everything that we needed and our interaction with Ellen was very pleasant. My only complaint was that the shower curtain in the master bathroom should have been replaced because the smell was not tolerable and one of the couches arm rest was also a little smelly. I’m a huge clean freak! Overall we will definitely stay here again. Thank you Ellen!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The view is stunning, exactly as in pictures. Here are the pros and cons we experienced: Pros: Stunning view Proximity to beach Beach not crowded Family oriented, people were very nice. Lots to do- Beach, pool, putt putt, Boardwalk, amusement park, movie theater for rainy days, beach stores, restaurants, etc. Beach chairs, no umbrella. Rentals on beach for $20/day. Kids toys Cons: Dishwasher doesn't work great, left spots on dishes unless they were fully cleaned beforehand. Not very clean upon arrival (sand all over floors, mold in shower, fridge has a yellow looking spill under glass- we were told the last tenants left the condo a mess and the spill in the fridge is actually glue.) We found multiple personal items in drawers and under furniture from prior tenants. Tons of food left in fridge and freezer- opened containers of jam, maple syrup, Ketchup, mustard, prune juice, boxes of ice cream sandwiches and sausages, and at least 8 different containers of butter. Plus, a pantry full of opened containers of peanut butter, ovaltine, chips, and more. I understand leaving a few spices, salt, pepper, etc., but to leave all the above felt less like our own rental, and more like we were coming into someone else's leftovers. Beach is slanted where the waves meet the sand- can't run on the beach. The owner was immediately responsive, apologetic about the condition of the condo, and refunded the cleaning fee. Overall, enjoyed our time!

What a view
The place was beautiful and clean . Stunning views from both the living room and master bedroom. Having morning coffee with the windows open and the sound of the waves crashing while the sun rises I mean you just can’t beat it . And Ellen the host was great communication with her was excellent and she even asked me to message her when we got to the property to make sure we arrived safely. Will definitely stay here again 5 starts all the way around great vacation

The view as soon as you opened the door was amazing. It was refreshing to eat breakfast each morning with a view of the ocean. We were able to walk right onto the beach which was not crowded. The condo was clean and the perfect size for us.

This property was exactly as described and then some! Ellen was excellent to communicate with and was extremely helpful. The view is absolutely beautiful and the condo furnishings were lovely and inviting. We had the most enjoyable stay. We really enjoyed being able to walk down the beach to get to a nearby restaurant for breakfast rather than driving. We would happily come back again!

Where do I begin....from the first time I reached out to Ellen, the property owner, she was on it! We were planning our destination wedding in OC, this condo was perfect, and Ellen was most gracious in recommending a few things for us! Everyone that came to our condo was very impressed! Decorated beautifully, very spacious, gorgeous view, well stocked with all you need. Beds are very comfy, even the pull out sofa bed was! (and they tend to never be) The pool was awesome, and the location was perfect! The Acme grocery store was a couple blocks up, the bus stop right outside the condo, the Wine Rack right across the street. The Ropewalk restaurant was right there, great food and service with a gorgeous sunset! The Bayside Skillet, best breakfast I've had (and the fresh squeezed OJ, OMG, delish!!) Sincerely, we give our condo a 10+ We had the most perfect wedding, surrounded by our family and friends and thanks to God above, our weather was impeccable! Hurricane Ian started showing its face on Friday, and Friday was our check out day. All in all, this was the most perfect stay! If you book with Ellen, you will be very happy you did! Good location
Clean ans updated condo. Easy access to beach and walking distance to some great eateries. Beach bus was easy to navigate and helpful for our trips downtown. Loved that the beach wasn’t crowded outside our location which was definitely a plus!! Owner was very helpful throughout the process. Would definitely consider coming back!
