Tämä hiljattain rakennettu eikä koskaan vuokrattu koti on valmis tekemään siitä parhaan loman vielä! Kauniissa 3 BR 2 BA -kotitalossa on suuri oleskelutila, johon perhe voi kokoontua katsellen isoäyttöä televisiota, pelaamalla pelejä, nauttia aterioita yhdessä kotona tai vain rentoutua mukavilla huonekaluilla. Kaikissa asuintiloissa on kaunis kovapuusta sisustettu lattiamatto makuuhuoneissa. Keittiössä on upouudet ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet ja siinä on kaikki tarvitsemasi aterian valmistukseen. Rakastat myös graniitti työtasot, laatta takaisin roiskeita ja suuri saari, jonne ystävät ja perhe voi kokoontua aterian valmistuksen yhteydessä. Kaikissa huoneissa on uudet sängyt / patjat ja taulutelevisio, jonka avulla vieraat voivat nauttia. Makuuhuoneessa on iso kylpyhuone, jossa kauniisti kaakeloitu suihkukaappi! On olemassa uusi pesukone ja kuivausrumpu vieraiden käyttöön. Ulkopuolella iso etupatio on täydellinen paikka ripustaa ja nauttia cocktaileja tai rentoutua viile��llä kesätuulen takana!

Sijaitsee upeassa Montego Bayn yhteisössä, perheestä ei voi puuttua hauskoja aktiviteetteja. Siellä on hiljaisia pyöräilykatuja, pelaamista varten tarkoitettuja puistoja, tenniskenttiä, sekoituslauta, kalastuslaituri, uima-allas ja tietysti Ocean Cityn upeat rannat. Kaikki nämä aktiviteetit ovat vain lyhyen kävelymatkan tai pyöräretken päässä. Yhteisö on myös strategisesti sijaitsevassa supermarketissa, monissa erinomaisissa ravintoloissa, minigolfissa, elokuvissa ja monissa muissa hauskoissa aktiviteetteissa, joita Ocean City tarjoaa.

Tämä on savuton koti. Valitettavasti ei lemmikkejä. Minimi-ikävuokra on 25 vuotta ja nousee jopa 30 muisto- / työpäivän viikonloppuisin. Ehdottomasti ei vanhempien viikkovuokrausta.
Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Assawoman Bay. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa esimerkiksi vesipuiston ja pyykinpesutilat. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön muun muassa keittiön ja 2 kylpyhuonetta.

The property was beautiful, in a quaint little neighborhood. No issue whatsoever with house or amenities. Only thing was finding the pool which happened to be right around the block, but no signage to tell you how to get there. Everything was great otherwise

Wonderful Place to Stay

I've always wanted to stay in Montego Bay. The neighborhood was the best and this home may be the nicest place we've stayed in while in Ocean City. We would definitely stay here again. The porch was great for meals and playing card games in the evening. It was one of the main reasons why we chose this home and we're glad that we did. The pool (which was very well maintained) is only one street over and the beach is just a short drive away. Wish we could have stayed longer but maybe next year. Thanks again for letting us stay in your home for our family vacation! We really enjoyed it.

Nicely updated house in quiet neighborhood

Nicely updated house in quiet neighborhood. Pool was only 1 street over. Neighbors were all friendly. Raised ceilings made space seem larger. We didn't need it, but was nice to have washer and dryer there. Only thing that would make it better would be if linens and bath towels were provided.

Perfect long weekend getaway!

The house is as exactly as the photos show. Lots of extras to use as far as cooking and cleaning products. Quiet neighborhood. Close to everything. Able to drive or walk to restaurants and stores. Easy checkin. Outside patio to enjoy the outdoors. Comfy furniture and beds. We would definitely recommend this rental.

Montego Bay beautiful

Wonderful experience staying on Clamshell Drive. The property was most importantly, clean! In addition, there was plenty of room and it was very quiet. This was a bonus. When we had our own property in Ocean City, we always had to deal with tenants above us or below us. The attraction to this property was that it stood alone, which we hoped would translate into peace and quiet. I slept like a baby the whole week. We are already wanting to reserve for next year. Bravo to the owners and the property managers!

Very clean property, everything you need without all of the clutter found in most rental units.

Property is fine; beware inaccurate charges for false claims

The property was fine for our needs. I would have liked more supplies in the kitchen as it was difficult to even make breakfast for a family. The pans were quite scratched and not in good condition. There was no scraper to be found. We had to purchase a few things to be able to make meals. This is definitely a farther walk to the beach than we anticipated, but it is nice that the property sits back in and it's a perfect area for riding bike around the community. My major complaint is that we were charged a ridiculous amount to replace a cheap mini blind in the laundry room because they said we broke a piece off. I messaged the property management company several times to adamantly deny this happened during our stay. Not only did it not happen during our stay, there is also no way the mini blinds cost what I was charged to replace them. This feels very much like a scam to me, so I would be cautious about renting from them. At the very least, be sure to take pics of everything prior to leaving. I wish I had done that, but I've never had a problem renting on VRBO before.

4th of July getaway

Rented this property for my family and my in laws for the 4th of July week. House was very clean, large, and very well equipped with everything we needed. There was a slight mix up in the beginning where I was given the wrong address, but Dave answered the phone right away and cleared up the minor mix up. Very nice neighborhood and we all enjoyed sitting out in the front porch. Would definitely recommend this property and would rebook.

Clamshell House

We enjoyed our stay at this home. The check-in process was excellent (especially compared to past experiences). The kitchen/dining area/living room with the vaulted ceiling was very nice. The shower in the main bedroom was excellent. The large covered porch was also a plus. May want to revise the description that states the house was never been rented.

Relaxing stay in Montego Bay

We visited the Clamshell house with friends and had a fantastic stay. The house was just as listed- immaculately clean and in a great location. We have stayed in MB before and this was by far one of our favorite houses. Our children 4, 6, 9 loved having their “own” room. The master bedroom and bath were beautiful. We loved evenings on the front porch. We will definitely plan on staying at this house again.

Fun for young families

The house was very clean and just as described. It's too far to walk to the beach with small children, but the drive is about 2 minutes, just across the highway, with easy and free parking at the beach entrance. The pools are walkable, as is the park, which is really nice and has a fun playground. I would recommend bringing a wagon to haul your beach gear as well as bikes or scooters. The house is well-equipped, except for consumables, like hand soap, etc.

Great week at the beach

This was a perfect location for a family beach vacation. We enjoyed the house, the beach, the nearby park, kayaking on the bay, and lots of family time. Everything was very clean and the house was well stocked for what we needed. We would definitely recommend this place to others looking for a beautiful home in a nice neighborhood in Ocean City.
