excellent location
Perfect spot. Walking distance to beach and boardwalk. Many restaurants and bars within one block. Living room was spacious. Front deck balcony was great. Could use some minor repairs, but nothing that was a showstopper

Dish washer broke hole in the ceiling for a exhaust fan with no fan installed dangerous in a bathroom setting ants all over the oven the burners did not work front and back storm door had no return on it slammed on my mother several times and she was actually had cuts on her arm bleeding ripped off artificial nails used under the bed scum on the shower curtains so outdated the parking is made for one car for a condo that holds 10 we had to find parking for our second car everything we left on the street so much more. Place was filthy floor made your feet black and the carpets stained and dirty so outdated! Will never stay there again !
