Broad Marsh is conveniently located near the Route 90 Bridge in one of the quietest and least-crowded sections of Ocean City. It is within walking distance of numerous fine restaurants, and only minutes away from the Boardwalk, rides, shopping, recreational sports, and world-class golf. And you're less than two blocks from the beach!
This home offers serenity the minute you enter the ground floor. Head up to the living room, which boasts hardwood floors, a cambric queen sofabed, a colorful chair and matching ottoman, a striped armchair, and a TV. Admire the seahorses on the walls as you savor a glass of wine after dinner. Patio doors lead to a lovely deck, perfect for that morning cup of joe.
The kitchen and dining areas are open and inviting. You get a gourmet space with stainless steel appliances and many accouterments to make your repast one that will be talked about for years to come. The dining table features comfortable seating for four as well as two wooden benches, making it a great spot for guests. Glass doors open to a beautiful balcony with views of the bay and beyond.
This home has four bedrooms including two primaries. The primary suite boasts a king bed in a brass frame with a seashell coverlet, wooden furniture, and an en-suite full bath with a standalone shower and bench seating. Head out onto the balcony for romantic views of the bay. The primary master offers a queen bed with a beach theme and beautiful antiques.
The third bedroom features a queen bed with a nautical theme throughout, from the coverlet to the ship model on the dresser. The fourth bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed, perfect for the children. You get two additional bathrooms as well as a half bath on the ground level near the garage.
This three-story home offers free WiFi and a private washer and dryer. There's also covered parking on the ground level for one car.
THINGS TO KNOW
TEAP (Trespass Enforcement Authorization Program) signs have been installed throughout this community. This provides the Broad Marsh community and Marina extended police protection by authorizing the police department to enforce, at their discretion, trespassing laws, and to enter or remain upon the premises.
The discharge of all fireworks/pyrotechnics, including ground based sparklers sold/allowed in neighboring states/counties is prohibited in the Town of Ocean City. Only small handheld sparklers are permitted to be used with competent, adult supervision.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
