Room was well kept and clean. There was rain and wind blowing sand. I'll bet a lot of ocean front rooms were vacant. Next time I will press for upgrade. Wife is tired of looking at jonah and the whale. Tried to get a room on upper east side, so now I will call the more local number.

Liked that they gave us fresh towels every day. We didn't like that we could smell pot in the hallway and elevators. Also in the bathroom there was no place to hang our towels. The towel shelf was broken and the sliding glass door was extremely hard to open and close.

No issues with the stay. We were there 4 nights and just got towels from the staff in the hallway. We didn’t want any room cleaning while we were there. The room had everything we needed. I was satisfied with the hotel. One of the reasons we booked our stay was because there was a restaurant on premises. We were disappointed that it was closed 3 of the 4 nights we were there. We never stayed directly on the beach so this was so great to be able to do that.

They are super stringent on the check in time (4pm which in my opinion is late and you have to be out by 10 or 11?) so you have to wait in line They have a shared area for dining and a small pool out front We had a view of the ocean from the lower level but no direct access to the pool and we looked like we were in prison

Me and my husband are not expecting they give us the big room which we always reserved. The bathroom is bigger than before. The only things is the pilow smell .

There was a fire alarm pulled, not their fault, they did fine in the moment. Problem is that no one followed through to reset the alarm, leaving the property unprotected had there been a real emergency. Worse yet, nothing was communicated to the morning manager. When I reported the disabled alarm, they had no idea there was an incident the night before that involved police and fire. They must do better.

The entire staff was super helpful & courtesy the entire stay. The room was very clean & everything was easy to navigate. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering visiting Ocean City MD

Upon our arrival, we were asked to wait for room to be cleaned. During our stay, there were workers renovating the room adjacent to ours. I understand the need to work but not at late hours. I complained to front desk and spoke to manager. I was advised that work would be completed shortly. The drilling and hammering continued until near 8:30pm. I asked how I would be compensated for this disruption and was told that there was nothing to be compensated for. I left upset with the comments being passed by a woman manager that she was sorry I felt that way. If I were you, definitely do NOT stay at this establishment as they only want your money and don’t care how you feel when you get there.
