Direct oceanfront in convenient mid town location

81 Beach Hill #208 is an appealing three bedroom, two bath oceanfront condo located mid-town on 81st street in Ocean City, Maryland. This upgraded property offers views of the Atlantic Ocean from inside the condo and from the balcony - plus the flora and fauna of the dunes directly in front of you. The entire condo has been nicely redone, offering the comfort and convenience guests come to enjoy in their vacation home away from home. 81 Beach Hill has an outdoor pool to relax and enjoy when you need a break from the sand and waves, as well an an outdoor shower for post beach rinsing so you can keep the condo sand free. An elevator on the premises eases your luggage transport during check-in and check-out, and eliminates stair climbing at the end of a long day. The condo sleeps eight guests with bed sizes including a king in the oceanfront primary bedroom, a queen in the 2nd bedroom, two twins in the 3rd bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa if needed in the living area. This property rents Saturday to Saturday and provides two parking spots - one under the building and one in a satellite parking lot. This owner provides sheets and towels for all guests which includes sheet sets with pillowcases for the beds and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Guests will need to bring all soaps and paper products. Note a washer and dryer are also in the condo for your added convenience.
Non-Smoking/Non-Vaping. No pets, please.
Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.

Beautiful condo and great access to the beach

I absolutely loved my stay however the parking spot in the garage is extremely tight even with a small car. It was easy to check in and out. Just remember, Central Reservations is at a different location from the condo. I would definitely book this again.

We were extremely impressed with the cleanliness of our unit!

Exactly as it was portrayed and right on the beach! Pool was clean and beautiful but a little disappointed that it was on the back side rather than on the beach, and the dune garden was just a bit too high as to block the beach view from the balcony. Sliding door was off the track, but overall a lovely place. We were permitted to have a private campfire on the beach with a purchased permit!! Beach chairs and many amenities were provided for us too. Close enough to the boardwalk and restaurants via shuttle, and far enough to have peace. Would recommend!!

Perfect getaway

Felt at home as soon as we walked in. The property is well appointed and tastefully decorated. Views from the bedroom and living room are stunning. Robbie was very responsive and helpful.
