The room was clean. The service was above average… The only downfall was hotel security was slow about keeping disruptive kids out of the halls around midnight.

New year's trip
Great experience. Took the family to the beach for the New Year. Great view of the ocean and fireworks from our balcony. They had a New Years party at Epic Loby bar. Also a great coffee shop that stays open late. Weather was amazing for December. Mid to upper 50's. The bike rack in front of the hotel was a plus. We didn't have to walk our bikes up and down from our room. Clean room with microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker. Pull out couch was a plus if you travel with a large group.

I always stay here at this hotel it usually is an all around experience. There were a few things that was unsettling in the room: the Jacuzzi was cold when putting on the jets not being able to enjoy that feature in the room and which I didn't expect the beds hurt my back. We also had to get up early morning and climb down flights of stairs due to the fire alarm going off due to someone not following the rules and creating the alarm to go off in the entire hotel. I usually give this hotel a 5 star but this was surely disappointing. I asked the front desk if anything would be compensated for the next stay and she said she wasn't instructed by the manager to do so. The game room had a few games we also couldn't use and the pool was a bit overcrowded for this stay.
