My room was on the twelfth floor. Very nice view. The problem was my card key kept failing to provide me entrance to my room. Over three days I had to go back to the desk six times for renewed card keys. Half of the renewed keys would not work when I went back to the room. The front desk seemed to think I was somehow demagnetizing the card. I'm sure I could not do that by just holding it in my hand or by itself in a separate pocket. The day before I left, I asked to have the door looked at. When I returned to the room in the evening, same problem. The room itself is very nice if you can gain access. The bathroom can use a little work. Toilet handle hard to flush. Shower curtain could use replaced.
