Located right on 5th Street just a block away from ball fields & basketball courts, this property puts you close to many great shops, restaurants & activities. Public Bay front Fishing & Crabbing Area is also just 1 block away, as well as OC Skate Bowl and numerous bike & watersport rentals. Full size kitchen with new coffee maker & Keurig too. Additional features include 2 HIDEF TVs, Free WiFi, DVD player, & fenced in Outdoor Pool. 1-car parking, with additional public, & non-metered side street parking. Don’t miss the beautiful view of the bay from the front entrance. Steps away from amazing sunsets. Great location with a WalMart miles away. Non-smoking. No pets, please.
This property is only available for a weekly rental with Saturday check-in dates and FlexStay (check-in any day of the week - 3 or 4 night minimum) during the off-season. $500 Security Deposit required for June group rentals. Primary renter must be 21 years old and staying on the property during entire rental period.

Off seasons the way to go! Josephine was very easy to reach to answer any question we had. Great walkable location. Clean spot. The fridge was having noise issues she alerted us about but didn’t bother our quick stay.

Amazing stay!!
I can’t even explain how great this stay was. There’s too many things to list. #1 is the host went above & beyond for anything we needed!! The rental was exactly as described & shown in pics. It was also very clean! We visited for a music festival on the boardwalk & it was only a few blocks away so we could walk & didn’t have to worry about parking. The opposite way from the boardwalk is the bay & it was a beautiful view!! There’s a huge park a block over that my daughter spent hours on! There’s too many great things to list, just book the stay! You don’t be disappointed :)

Great location, awesome communication!
We had four adults in our group who all stayed very comfortably in the condo. The unit is well appointed, clean and comfortable. The location is excellent, walking distance to the boardwalk, shops and restaurants. Parking was super easy, right in front of the unit. Josie was an excellent host. She provided us with ample details prior to arrival, and was fully available for any of our questions throughout our stay. We would definitely stay again on our next visit to Ocean City! Lovely Spot close to the beach!
Josie is a wonderful host and everything in the condo was as described. She's quick to respond to any questions I had, and we really liked that we were so close to the beach. We just spent one night at the condo, so can't comment on the cooking capabilities, but it seemed to be well stocked for that. The condo was pretty clean and we had no issues staying there as a family of 4 (me, my hubby, 6 yr. old, & a 2 yr. old). We would recommend it and hope to be back again. Thank you!

This rental was perfect for our short bachelorette trip to OCMD. The hosts are great and the property was just as pictured and very clean. I think our only complaint was the pull out couch was pretty flat and uncomfortable. Overall 10/10!

The Perfect Getaway!
My husband and I absolutely loved this property! The location was not far from the boardwalk and was centered perfectly near the shops and eateries. The neighbors were super kind and helpful. My husband loves fishing, so it was a nice surprise to be so close to the Bay for free fishing and watching a gorgeous sunset. The room was clean, fresh, and cozy! We will definitely be choosing this place next time we are in OCMD! Thank you for a beautiful stay for our vacation!

Wondeful trip
My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay at the condo and enjoyed O.C. Maryland very much! The condo was super clean, easy to get to, and had plenty of space for our needs. We can't wait to come back next year with our little one and get to experience what O.C. has to offer with him. Booking this condo online was super easy and the hosts were awesome with getting us in a day early.

A Little Piece of Paradise
An adorable condo just blocks from the boardwalk. At the end of the road there is an amazing view of the bay side and the bridges to drive onto the island. It is truly unbelievable how close this condo is to everything! Such a gorgeous area, can walk around in any direction and feel safe, have a great view, and can find a good place to eat or even just sit by the boardwalk, on the beach, or on the bay side. Also, Josie and Henry are amazing hosts, very communicative, have lots of menus for local places to look at and are super sweet people. Will definitely be back!
