Ocean City Adventure
We came in for the Ocean's Calling Festival Fri-Sun, but wanted to make a longer trip out of it, so we headed to Ocean City on Wed. The condo was PERFECT! Exactly as it looked and was described in the listing. It was clean and more than big enough for 4 of us (2 couples). It was nice that we each had our own bedroom and bathrooms. The little courtyard out front was adorable, we spent most nights out there playing cards and hanging out. The condo is on 120th street, so it's pretty far from the boardwalk, but it's a super easy drive and there are plenty of buses during the peak seasons. I would definitely recommend staying here if you're ok being that far out from the boardwalk. If we ever find ourselves back in Ocean City, I would absolutely stay here again!

The location of the condo is great. Our family enjoyed riding bikes and walking. The condo needs a deep clean, shower, floors an walls are dirty. The beds were comfy which was a plus.

Short beach trip with 4 adults and 1 3 year old. It was a great location to fractured prune, Dunkin Donuts, grocery store and more! Easy walk to the beach. The beds were comfortable. We also enjoyed the outdoor pool! Would stay there again.

We have rented this condo before. I always check to see if it is open before I book anywhere else. This condo has everything you need. Extra blankets, towels, beach cart and the kitchen is full stocked. The outdoor pool wasn't open but the indoor pool was perfect to get out of the sun! The beds are comfortable and have the softest sheets. The only thing I wish would be replaced is the couch. It seems like it may be on its last leg. It is hard and makes noises when you sit on it or move. But otherwise the condo is well kept, clean and my 1st choice when booking at ocean City.

Very clean and amazing location
The location of this condo is spot on for an ocean city trip. Just me and my husband stayed but it is definitely kid friendly. The location is just slightly confusing to find but you’ll get it eventually lol. Everything was within walking distance from the condo or minutes away with driving. The condo itself was very cozy, clean and had everything you need for the stay. Definitely will use this place whenever we want to get away to ocean city in the future. I’m even thinking about bringing the kids on another trip.

Walking location to beach, grocery shopping and restaurants. Excellent condo layout and beach deco. Why wasnt it a 5 star? Uneven floor going into king size bedroom bath. Construction in neighborhood with a dumpster smack dab in front of this condo blocking parking. Arrived with drywall busted off in bedroom caused by outside construction. Called to notify owner of prior damage and left message and text picture. NO RESPONSE OR RETURN CALL

OC for golf
We came to OC with friends visiting from Finland. Our primary purpose was to golf. We thought the property was nice. Clean, well organized and everything worked pretty well. The grill needs some work, probably should just replace it. Very dirty and rotting out. Made it work so all good but needs to be addressed. Property was being renovated, (exterior) and we were not made aware. Guys left the gate unlocked and we found wide open when we returned. It is also a bit tough to find. Need better directions once in the property to locate the unit. Need better signage to identify. I ended up going to the office for the time shares and they reluctantly gave me a map to help guide us. We were really looking forward to using the pool and Sauna but unfortunately the Sauna was not functional. We were with Finns and lived in Finland for 3 years so that was one of the reasons we choose this location. Unit simply did not get hot...dead as a door nail! We made the most of it but with our golf schedule, we really only spent one night really enjoying the unit. The BBQ and Sauna did detract from the experience. Also no one to talk to to try and get help/support. Have to rate this only OK. A couple of small things would have made this a great stay.
