Beautiful unit!!!
We just got home yesterday after 6 days in this beautiful oceanfront condo! The decor is soft and beachy, the furniture is comfortable, and every appliance and accessory you could ever need is there! Our thanks to the owner for sharing this lovely space!<3 Our ONLY bummer (and one star taken off of our rating) was that no one informed us that construction was going on, and it wasn't in the listing when we initially chose this property for rental. According to the signs posted around the building, it began on 9/5/17. My husband and I didn't hear any of it since our room was in the front. Our daughters, however, who slept in the room facing the street, were awakened by drilling and banging at 9am. I blame the property management for this lack of communication, since they really handle the brunt of the rental process. Overall, it was a small glitch in a really fabulous stay: ) We'd definitely stay here again!

Wonderful location and great comfortable bedding!
Stayed here with my daughter and a friend and her daughter so the four of us. The location on the boardwalk was ideal with the trolley going right by. Loved sitting out on the balcony watching the people going by. Not to mention the amazing view of the ocean! Being on the second floor is the perfect spot. Not too high up! The condo is beautiful inside. The furntiture is all in great condidition. Although we did not care for the plastic covering on the kitchen seating. The couch was a sectional and it was so comfortable and seemed like it was new. The beds were very comfortable - no saggy mattresses. We did have to pay extra for linens which seemed kind of cheap to me. I think they should come with the rental. Maybe charge the extra and include them? Absolutely loved that the condo came with rolling carts to bring your luggage up in the elevator. That was a great surprise because our car was loaded with food and other supplies for the week! I would recommend this unit to someone looking for a place to stay in OC. It's not located in the craziest part of the boardwalk, but it's where there's enough traffic that it's good for people watching and there are a shops and restaurants nearby. Favorite restaurant was Vinny's Italian. A little booklet inside with recommendations for eating out would be welcome.

Pleasantly surprised.
Based on the photo's on line I was not expecting such a lovely apartment. The pictures had me expecting a rather tacky and "used" rental. What we got was well decorated and very clean (maybe freshly painted). Found ourselves just hanging at the room instead of all the going out we had planned. Thanks
