Staff Health, Safety and Knowledge: The health, safety and knowledge of our management staff and guests are essential to an effective cleaning program. Here are some ways we’re supporting staff and guests:
Hand Hygiene: Proper and frequent handwashing is vital to help combat the spread of viruses. Staff are reminded that cleanliness starts with this simple act. It’s important for their health and that of our guests.
Real Time Information: Management monitors daily local, regional and national updates to adjust staff procedures, in real time, as needs change
Cleaning Products and Protocols: The Marylander uses cleaning products and protocols which are effective against viruses, including:
Guest Rooms: We use cleaning and disinfecting protocols to clean units after guests depart and before the next guest arrives, with particular attention paid to high-touch items.
Public Spaces: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting in public spaces, with a focus on the counter at the front desk, elevator and elevator buttons, door handles, public bathrooms, the game room, and room keys.
Hand Sanitizer Stations: Hand sanitizing stations will be available in the lobby, office, pool room, game room, and outside the elevator on all floors.
