This absolutely gorgeous condo has been updated from top to bottom with high-end finishes, including refinished hardwood floors, custom tilework, hand-painted murals, granite countertops, lovely furnishings, and beautiful appliances. 2023 renovations include newly-paneled walls with fresh paint, new curtains, and high-end decor. You'll feel completely at home with luxuries such as free WiFi, TVs in the living room and every bedroom, a DVD player, and a private washer/dryer. Best of all, you can gaze out upon the ocean from the primary bedroom, the living room, the kitchen, and the dining room. Open the French doors and extend the living space to relax on the private balcony and watch the waves crash on the shore.
Comfortable and convenient, this property offers you the best of both worlds - a quiet North Ocean City setting but with all of the fun and excitement right at your fingertips. THINGS TO KNOW
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
