It was loud on the 2nd floor but the housekeeping staff was very good. Not many food options in January but food was still okay. Rooms are spacious. Elevators are painfully slow

Room was brand new, clean kitchen and beautiful stainless appliances, the staff is always friendly and go above and beyond to meet our family needs, we booked 8 rooms for our church members and everyone loved the hotel and we will keep coming back, great value and excellent service.

Really liked the newly renovated rooms and that each has a kitchen area with sink, microwave, coffee maker, and fridge. I was disappointed to see that in the renovation the hot tub and sauna was removed from the pool area- these were one of the reasons we chose Princess! Now we need to find another OC hotel with those options...

Definitely not as good of an experience as years prior. Every year our family and friends come to enjoy the Penquin Swim. Our kids are younger, so we arent anle to attend the NYE party but we've always gathered outside of patios and ate picky foods, veggies, chips and drinks. This year a huge scene was made about this and "owner" stated it was the law not to allow these items since they sell them. Truth is, tiki bar does NOT offer snacking items that we had nor veggie trays and closed at 9pm even on NYE. ALSO, each car has a parking pass yet no parking was available to us because garge was closed on the 4th floor and NYE party goers took up the spaces. Room was clean, bed comfy. Construction on two floors so our stay was a bit noisy but understandable.

We can't wait to rebook! We had an excellent stay! Everyone was so friendly and we received great service at the bar and at the coffee shop. My only recommendation would be that the coffee shop should stay open longer. They colse at 1pm during our stay. We will be back!

Beware of rats!
I had an awful experience here. A rat came into my hotel room and I had to chase it out. My new car also got scratched in their garage, where they had furniture and appliances piled up and jutting outside of the parking spaces. Would not recommend.
