Belmont Towers 608 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo that's anything but ordinary. Located on the Southside and overlooking the pool, the scene is remarkable! The balcony allows views that stretch all the way from the beach to the Bay and nearby Assateague Island. You'll find many high-end finishes throughout, including three TVs, two DVDs, a gas fireplace, plush furnishings, and a beautiful fully-equipped kitchen with upscale appliances and granite countertops.

Take the elevator downstairs and you're just steps from the water's edge and hundreds of restaurants, shops, and attractions. Best of all, you can forget about the stress of battling (and paying) for a parking spot. Park your car in Belmont's gated, covered garage and leave it there because you are already where the action is!
Things to know:
In the event guest cancels their reservation Vacasa will return the unit to the rental market in an attempt to re-rent the unit. If Vacasa is able to re-rent the unit for the same amount or greater you will receive a refund less a $150 cancellation fee. If Vacasa is able to secure a reservation at a lesser rate you will be entitled to a refund less the $150 cancellation fee and the difference in reservation amounts. If we are unable to re-rent the unit you will forfeit the full rental amount.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
