4 makuuhuoneen (2 makuuhuonetta - täydellinen useille perheille), 3 1/2-kylpy, entinen malli-koti yhdessä Bethany Beachin halutuimmista yhteisöistä - Bayside Bethany Lakes -alueella. Alueen ylin sisustusalan yritys Bethany Resort Kalustus sisusti kodin ammattimaisesti ja päivitettiin hiljattain uudella sohvalla ja rakkausistuimella, uusilla patiohuonekaluilla ja kaikella uudella huipputekniikan elektroniikalla. Lisäksi koko taloon asennettiin uusi matto kaudelle 2015. Kodissa on 5 plasma- / LCD-televisiota, BlueRay-soitin, 2 DVD-soitinta, XBox 360, Keurig-kahvinkeitin, nopea WIFI ja iPod-telakka. Polkupyörät, rantalelut ja vauva Pack'n Play mukana. Koti on vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kauniista klubitalosta, jossa on sisäuima-allas, pelihuone ja valtava ulkouima-allas näköalalla lahdelle, tenniskenttiä ja leikkipaikka. Pelihuone on upea pelaamaan uima-allasta, jalkapalloa, pöytätennistä tai arcade-pelejä. Vaikka on sateinen päivä, lapset viihdyttävät täysin!

Koti on lemmikkieläinystävällinen hyvin käyttäytyville koirille.

James Farm Ecological Preserve on erittäin, erittäin lyhyt 1. 4 mailin kävelymatka / ajomatka ja kadulle kotoa. Se on ilmainen, julkinen ranta, joka on lemmikkiystävällinen 365 päivää / vuosi! Koska se on lahti, se on erittäin rauhallinen ja vesi on hyvin matala. Täydellinen pienimmille.

Meillä on myös vuokrattavissa hieno istuva kajakki. Whites Creek on ehdoton fantastinen joki ja vain ulos "takaovestamme". Kajakin varastointi ja laukaisu ovat vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kotoamme. Vuokrahinnat ovat 95 dollaria koko loman ajan. Muita kajakkeja on saatavana kolmannen osapuolen ulkopuolelta, ja hinnat vaihtelevat 125 dollarista viikossa 175 dollariin. Kerro minulle, jos olet kiinnostunut.

Needs some TLC and a new cleaner...
I don't like checking into a place and immediately noticing how it hasn't actually been cleaned (despite a cleaning fee being charged). The carpet just outside the kitchen had what looked like cat litter (didn't smell like it). The tablecloth (glued to the table for some reason??) had sticky drops/residue all over. Luckily there were Lysol wipes under the sink so I did a thorough wiping down of counters and table. The first dish I grabbed out of the cabinet had food dried onto it so I ended up pulling out what I figured we would use for dishes and running a load in the dishwasher. We found upon arrival (late evening) that not a single roll of toilet paper was in the condo. I messaged the host to ask if there was a secret stash somewhere. Got a response right away that the cleaner should have stocked it. Ended up running to the grocery store nearby to get some. We were so excited to be able to use the Jacuzzi. Unfortunately, when we filled it up and turned it on it spit out chunks of mold from the jets. Pretty gross. We let it run for a bit, drain, and tried again... same thing. We tried again the last night but due to a community-wide water issue from the storm that came through we couldn't fill the tub with "clean" water. Place was "fine"... I'd suggesting finding a new cleaning company. Also, have someone come in and do some general maintenance/TLC/repairs. (drywall repair, shower heads, etc.) Vrbo limits my review to 1500 characters so I can't say more...

Great property
Overall we loved the property with a few issues. If you’re traveling with people with mobility difficulties, there are a lot of stairs (to get in, upstairs, living room to kitchen) and the televisions were wonky. Other than that, it was a great location, clean and easy check-in/out.

pleasant stay
The complex and home were very nicely appointed and maintained. The host was amazingly helpful and responsive (best we've had after dozens of rentals!). Attached garage was a nice bonus but had too much clutter to fit 2 cars and parking for the second car was a good distance away. The biggest design flaw was the lack of dining space. There is barely room to seat 6 people in the relatively small kitchen and the dining set leaves little room to move around. The kitchen was well-stocked but sharp knives and better cookware are needed. Although we appreciate this is a pet friendly home, we found the carpet and LR rug to be less than clean. Location was short driving distance to everything we needed, including many great restaurants.

Wonderful Vacation!
Brooke's property was perfect for our party of 6 adults, two babies and a great dog! Everyone had their own spacious space and there was a great living room and porch for us all to hang out on. The clubhouse nearby was wonderful, everyone enjoyed the pool, we cooked out on the pool deck, and there were lots of beach and pool toys available. Brooke was very responsive and helpful, highly recommend him and his properties!

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Brooke is aware of the plumbing issue we experienced and did the best she could to fix the problem. The TV situation should be addressed. It was impossible to use live or subscription channels without experiencing buffering problems. This happened every time we Used the TV. The other issue was the number of stairs - That’s all on me. I didn’t realize how difficult it would be for my elderly dog and for me following December knee replacement surgery.

Absolutely the best
From first contact Brooke was amazing. The house is absolutely beautiful. (4)bedrooms (all with TVs) and (4) bathrooms. All the household items you could think of were stocked in the house. The neighbors were welcoming and so friendly. They even came and hung out with us. Brooke is a "Superhost". The communication was effortless. I will be planning my next trip soon.

Clean, comfortable and as described
This property is clean, comfortable and as described. Everything worked well. Communication with the owner was prompt. . What I liked best about this place is that there were no weird rules (cleanup was just loading and starting the dishwasher and taking out the trash). It was slightly cold when we arrived and the thermostat didn't have a Fort Knox level lockbox on it. The heat worked well. I recommend this place for families looking for a no nonsense, decent place to stay. The one issue I had was the wifi, but that's out of the owner's control.

Celebrated New Year's here. We had a marvelous time at this property. Being close to the clubhouse was a treat. The walk along the water and the park was beautiful. We had a couple or hiccups, but the communication with the owner was amazing and helpful. Recommend 😀
