You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Beautifully decorated and meticulously kept newly renovated home available to renters for the first time! Home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms with attached one car garage. All furniture is brand new and house is very "homey." Spacious living room, with seating for the whole gang. Kitchen has everything you'll need including new stainless steel appliances, Kureig coffee maker, microwave, and a dining table for 6. Home has a cute yard with wooded lot next door. Central A/C and heat and full size washer/dryer. High speed internet/WIFI and cable TV service. Garage has beach chairs and umbrellas to take with you to the beach!

Bedroom on main level has a queen bed and connects with the main level bathroom.
Master Bedroom upstairs has a Queen and shares a jack-and-jill bathroom with 2nd upstairs bedroom, which has bunk beds with a full bed, twin on top, and twin trundle below.

The community is very quiet and great to ride bikes or take a walk around the block. The community pool, playground, basketball court, tennis courts, BBQ pits and covered picnic area are free to all guests and are all just steps from the front porch.

House is centrally located, about 3 miles from Bethany Beach, one mile away from the 27 hole championship golf course at Bear Trap Dunes, 14 miles to Rehobeth, 13 miles to Fenwick Island, and a few miles more to Ocean City, Md.

This is a great place to come and relax. We include almost everything you'll need for the week including linens, towels, basic cleaning items, and basic household supplies! You will not find a cleaner place to stay!
