Oceanfront unit on the water! The LOWER LEVEL unit sits on beach level, with an open kitchen, living room and dining room. The living/dining area opens right up to the oceanfront patio. Enjoy ocean views all day long in the gorgeous, luxury kitchen with granite counters and top of the line appliances including a Viking stove. The oceanfront patio has a BBQ, patio furniture, and your own private spa. Nothing was spared in this home, from the cookware and bakeware to the linens. There are 2 washer and dryer units, so when you return home, you will not have loads and loads of laundry! Come escape to luxury on the beach!

Not for people with limited mobility!
We are an extended family of 9 celebrating our father’s 90th birthday. My parents are elderly and needed a property with no stairs. I asked the property through the VRBO “ask questions” and “comment” site if the living room and the bedrooms were all on the same floor. I received no response and the photos looked like it was one level so I assumed it was. When we got there to park our car, the garage as VERY narrow with just a couple of inches to spare on either side for a standard sedan. There was an unmarked door in the garage and we assumed that was the entrance to the building. When our door code didn’t work, I tried multiple times to call the office but there was no cell service. I saw someone who happened to work for Beachfront properties, and he said the only access to the condo was through the side of the building down a narrow alley with multiple stairs! We could barely get my parents down there. No one needing wheelchair assistance can access this condo on the first floor. This was not clearly stated on the VRBO site. When we got into the apartment it was very hot and humid. Another reason I rented this particular property was that it clearly stated that it had “AC”. There was only one tiny wall unit AC in the living room, and only one of the 4 bedrooms had a window AC unit. All other bedrooms had NO AC! When I tried to call the office from inside the condo I could not get any cell phone connection. I had to dial outside the building to the office with very sporadic connection. There was no handbook inside the apartment with the wifi code or any instructions, and the portal had very limited information. Also the condo is very narrow with all the bedrooms and bathrooms in the back which you can only access through another short flight of stairs! When I finally got through the office and spoke to one of the property managers she was sympathetic, and although she couldn’t do anything about the stairs other than updating the VRBO listing, she told me they would try to bring another AC unit for one of the other bedrooms. When the maintenance man came to install one AC unit it could not be installed in any of the three bedrooms due to the window configuration. We had to open all the windows and patio doors, but there are no screens so we had a ton of flies and mosquitoes coming into the condo. Needless to say for high price of the rental, this property is not worth it.

The apartment was just as described. Right on the beach. We loved the view and the sound of the waves. The apartment was very clean and well furnished. Beds were comfortable, with nice sheets. It felt like we were pampered guests in someone's home.

We stayed at the condo 3 years ago, we were so impressed that we decided to stay at a similar condo next door. I don't feel any money has been put into the condos to keep them updated. It looked exactly the same. The toilet roll thing fell off when I touched it. Little updates can go a long ways! Especially on how much you charge!

Very comfortable home
We enjoyed our stay in this home. It has plenty of space to hang out both inside and out. The kitchen is very well stocked with plenty of dishes and cooking accessories. We had a few issues with check in and a fire alarm that went off for no apparent reason however the management company responded immediately.

Very clean, beautiful views.
I think it was expensive for the value but it was impeccably clean and the views were very nice. Couldn’t figure out how to access the roof which seems more convenient for the upper unit. The upper unit probably has better reviews as well. If I were to go again, I would probably request the upper unit. Overall kids enjoyed and it is very spacious.

Great location, some small problem
Everything was as it advertised. The only problem was the shower bottom was broken , When we noted, water was going under the beds. When we called the management, they’ve told us there was a note on the shower “ out of order” we checked, there was a written note on the top of the shower door what kids can’t even notice nor us. So next time if you guys put any note anywhere, make sure it is on a well visible place. Specially if there is something like this issue. Plus we should receive a note by email, so we’re aware of issues like this. It was really not comfortable to arraign the showering. Overall it was a pleasant time we spend on this property.

Construction Discount
The property was very nice and the staff was professional and very courteous but the website and staff were not upfront that we got a “construction discount”. It was only in the fine print. I may have stayed anyway because it was a very good price but I would have liked to have been able to make an informed decision. It was not as clean as I expected. Food and trash on the outside patio and hair in one of the showers, but the staff was very courteous and came pretty quickly to fix the problem. I would stay here again as the location was awesome.

Great location. No swimming directly in front of the house and hot tub a bit small and easily overflows with no way to refill. Other than those 2 small things the place is AMAZING a swimming area is a short walk away. Walk to the pier. Plenty of room for privacy and family time. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Place
This is as an overall great place to stay. I had 15 people with only 3 of them being small children and we had a great time. The stay had a few hiccups however the staff were very professional and tried to assist. I would 100% stay here again.

Nice house! Great views!
Our only complaints are that there are no tv's in the rooms, and the pull out bed sinks in and is super uncomfortable also the bunk beds are very uncomfortable. Also even with the free Wi-Fi you get no reception in the back rooms at all. There's no beach in the front and you have to walk about a mile down but it's not that bad. Other than that the house was awesome! We wished check out time wasn't so early tho!
