Tämä äskettäin uusittu yksityinen merenrantahotelli on hieno perheenyhdistäminen tai yrityksen vetäytyminen. Tämä massiivinen 4-tason 8-makuuhuoneen talo sisältää uusia laitteita, raikkaan asettelun ja panoraamaovet. Saapuessasi kompleksin katutasolle on suuri keittiö, jossa on sekä baarin yl��osa että ruokapöytä syömiseen. Lisäksi siellä on myös viehättävä aamiainenurkkaus. Tällä tasolla on 2 makuuhuonetta, joissa kaikissa on oma kylpyhuone. Aivan asuintilan ulkopuolella on oma yksityinen kansi, jonka avulla voit unohtaa upean Tyynen valtameren. Astuessasi alas ensimmäiselle tasolle / rantatasolle, tapaat vielä yhden keittiön ja asuintilan sekä 2 ylimääräistä makuuhuonetta. Näkymä aivan asuintilan ulkopuolelta on upea. Panoraamaovet avautuvat ja mahdollistavat suoran pääsyn rannalle. Erinomainen ilmavirtaan panoraamaovien avulla vieraat voivat myös hallita sitä, kuinka paljon tuulta tulee ja mikä voi estää tai ei häiritä täydellistä näkymääsi rannalle. Haluatko tuntea merituulen ja merisumu osuma kasvosi? Ei hätää, avaa vain yksi tai useampi panoraamaovet paneeleistasi. Jos kävelet yksikön 3. / ylemmälle tasolle, läsnä on vielä 4 makuuhuonetta, joista suurimmalla osalla on upeat merinäkymät. Tällä tasolla on myös oma yksityinen kansi, jonka avulla vieraat voivat nauttia aamukahvistaan tai myöhään iltapäivällä oluen ollessaan ulkona ja katselemassa auringonnousua tai auringonlaskua. Viimeisenä, mutta ei vähäisimpänä, vuokralaiset voivat viedä portaita kattokansille. Kattokerros on hiljattain kunnostettu keinotekoisella ruoholla, jolloin ihmiset voivat maata mukavasti ja nauttia auringosta, kun taas se ei ole kylmällä, kovalla betonilla.

The location of the property was amazing! The views of the ocean were awesome! Even saw porpoises and sea lions! Good proximity to close by restaurants and coffee bars!Our only negative feedback was the musty smell in the downstairs bedrooms and bathroom.

Great location, run down property
First thing you notice is a 2'x3' sign saying property is under permit for renovation and converted to 3 condos. Stepping inside, you can see that they haven't invested a dime in years and are getting ready to convert it. The bath rooms are antiquated, the furniture is very worn, only 3 tv's in a 9 bedroom house, kitchenware is from Goodwill, etc. The lighting is all on timers and I had the bathroom go dark while in the shower. Lucky I didn't slip soaking wet searching for the switch. It was not my first rodeo in renting big beach houses for the family and this one needs a major facelift. Way, way too expensive for the quality of the property. The property manager was superb though, replacing broken chairs and coffee makers quickly. The location and the beach was fabulous. Too many other options in the area, pass on this one.

Relaxing holiday spot
Beautiful location - woke up to the ocean on the rocks, but in the afternoon with low tide, we had beautiful sunny walks along the beach. The house was large enough to accommodate our family of 10, with lots of extra space. The rooftop has an amazing view and a hot tub. We enjoyed our stay. They offered portable ice makers on bottom and street-level kitchenette areas. One was broken. Within a couple of hours of reporting it, they brought us a new one. It was really nice having the portable ice-maker. We would definitely consider staying again.

Biggest Disappoint
This was the worst of all the places we have stayed on VRBo. Yes. there were lots of bedrooms but imagine 6 bedrooms downstairs, including the one with the bunks and no bathroom. The living room has a big couch but the seating is so deep, no one was comfortable with bring a pillow from their rooms. The carpet under the table was dirty . There were no extra towels until we called. They said, everone brings their own. In all the time we have used VRBO, we know of no one that brings their own. Several of the electrical outlets in our bathroom did not work. Never repaired.. The heating is terrible. Yes there are high ceiling but we were either to hot or too cold. If we turned up the heat to try to get the living room warm, the bedrooms became unbearable. The kitchen is well seetocked but the coffee maker is up so high that I could not make a cup without help. The microoven was the same. So high I could not use it without help .Lucky i had some tall grandchildren with me...We did enjoy the large dining room where we could all eat together...I dont know what to tell you except look around before you choose this place..For what you will pay to use this place, go someplace else

Absolutely no customer service. Left many messages and manager would not return my call. Lights kept turning off during our stay. Water damage on the floor in garage and my friend almost slipped. Would not recommend or ever return with beachfront properties.

This location was easy to get to the beach views were priceless. Our entire team needed a space like this one to work and rest. We had prompt responses from the property management team and they were so helpful. It was like they anticipated our questions before we could ask and communicated information to us ahead of time.

Dream vacation
The property was in the perfect location! The views on almost every room was amazing. I was worried about having sand on the beach below the rocks, but in low tide, there was sand and it was great. We never had to leave our house, it was wonderful.

Amazing location!
Absolutely loved this property! Plenty of space for multiple families to stay together and not feel like they are on top of each other or feel crowded. 3 different levels with multiple places to sleep and 4th floor to the rooftop and spa! Great views all around to catch the sunrise or watch the sunset. If you’re feeling cold, they have a ton of heaters and blankets available. There’s also plenty of parking but keep in mind if you are staying during street cleaning. I wish we could’ve stayed longer, but no worries because we hope to stay here again!!

Memorable stay
Being right on the beach was exactly what we were looking for. The house was big, open and had great air flow. The roof top was such a treat, we relaxed, ate and even had our yoga sessions there. We created memories that will last a life time. Once we checked in management was very responsive and took care of a few requests right away.

Beach House review
The house was nice overall but the floors were really dirty. I’m not sure if it was because the house was vacant for a long time or it wasn’t mopped recently. Our socks were black after walking through the house for the couple hours. Also, the heaters and a lot of the outlets were on timers and the most you could do were 4 hours. We had to get up in the middle of the night to turn them back on. I never called the company to see if there was a way to fix that so you may just want to ask. I would be careful about the reliability of the reviews here. I called to request a late checkout and they said we could have one if we gave them a five star review. I declined.

Thanksgiving to remember
We thoroughly enjoyed our thanksgiving holiday in this terrific beachfront property. The place is huge with views of the ocean from all levels. It was immaculate and had everything we needed for our dinner preparations. The property management team was fantastic. I called them because we were out of propane and they responded in fifteen minutes. I highly recommend it especially if you have a large group.

The views were breath taking, beach access was fairly easy, house over all good but aged! One of the rooms was not usable with bank beds so short that none of us could sleep on it ( 6 sleep)! The property could be much cleaner! There were lots of little food stains on cabinet doors , also the floor didnt feel clean!

Absolutely stunning & so peaceful
We loved this property & will very likely stay here again. We ended up only having 8 of us, but we could have brought the whole clan. Everyone had privacy & plenty of places to connect as a family as well. Panoramic windows were amazing felt like the ocean came into the house we definitely look to stay again for our next large group trip
