Come stay at this spacious beautiful single-family home in Oceanside with an open floor-plan and private beach. Upon entering, there is a living room with large windows and patio looking out to the Pacific Ocean, which opens to a spacious kitchen and dining room with an accompanying second living area. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and white cabinets. The second living room has ocean views and provides another relaxing space for you to relax during your vacation. One of the couches is a queen sofa sleeper for extra sleeping accommodations.

All rooms have attached full bathrooms. The master bedroom has full ocean-views, a king bed, fire place, TV, and double closets.

Off the side of the kitchen is a patio with full natural gas BBQ and patio table and umbrella, perfect for enjoying a BBQ. The second level hosts the natural gas fire pit, Adirondack chairs, patio with lounge chairs and Jacuzzi. There is also a private queen bedroom with a wine fridge and full bathroom on this level. This property does have a 2-car garage, but if you need to park any other vehicles additional parking is available at our office in Oceanside, located at 1640 Oceanside Blvd, Oceanside, CA 92054.

A Perfect Beach Getaway
Our recent stay at this beach property was nothing short of fantastic! The location is simply breathtaking, offering stunning views of the ocean that made every moment unforgettable. What truly set this property apart was the excellent communication with the manager. They were not only responsive but also went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. Beautiful house, great location, poor amenities.
They really cheap out everywhere possible on the most basic stuff. Everything is really stingy. Mattresses are uncomfortable, sheets are scratchy, towels are tiny and rough. Even paper towels, toilet paper, and tissues were absolute bottom of the barrel.

So wonderful
The whole family absolutely LOVED this beautiful home! We sat on the upper deck and watched surfers, sunsets and even dolphins. The hot tub was a nice addition too. Every detail was so amazing. It was so clean and the decor was perfect. We will definitely be staying there again!

nice but commercialized and run down!
They charge lot for what's around there and it's farmed out to a management company that runs it like a hotel and no customer service. Things that were not used were dirty and dusty, shower water runs all over the floor. Nothing really worked, blinds have to be held closed with something wedged, outlets were hit a miss. The fridge ice does not work and even the door hast to be held shut with a chair.... To say the least other than the killer location and nice main floor I would not advise for the rate they are charging for it to be so run down.

Family Vacation
We loved our mini vacation, at this property. The views are wonderful. The home is very comfortable, and included all the amenities one could ask for. The large fire pit was not working, and they made sure they had a replacement there for our stay. Check in and check out was simple. The property could use a good cleaning. The beds were very clean. The walls, doors, baseboards, and windows were pretty dirty.

We all had a great time, 11 girls stayed in the house. There were issues but all of them were taken care of as best they could. We all said we would stay at this property again. The view from all over the house is just amazing.

Overall this is a beautiful place to stay. Large home, great for entertaining. Beach is clean and gorgeous below. I will say we were a bit disappointed in the upkeep of the home itself. There were spider webs and bugs all over the patio furniture that we had to clean and also bug/beetles in the home. None of the kids bunk beds were made with any fitted sheets, just a sheet laying on the mattress. The house was not stocked with enough paper towels and did not come with any "extra" items in the kitchen such as tin foil, plastic bags, sugar, coffee filters for the coffee machine, etc. It was essentially bare besides basic utensils, which would have been nice to know ahead of time. The air conditioning is set at a certain temp that cannot be adjusted below 70. We had 13 guests in the home in November, and it was HOT. The speakers throughout the home also cannot be accessed. Several TVs did not work in the bedrooms and the jacuzzi took 1.5 days to heat up. (we finally were able to use it the very last night). We did call the maintenance team and they came out the next day to replace one TV and attempted to fix the hot tub, but were unsuccessful. Overall, we still have a great time but for the price of the stay, we feel as though everything should have been in working order upon arrival.

This property is perfect for large extendedfamilies, with plenty of room for everyone to enjoy!
Beautiful, Beautiful, Beautiful! Our children and grandchildren had the pleasure of ecperiencing this wonderful beach home with my husband and I. I can’t say enough about the beach front location, the private fenced sand yard area, and the other amenities that we enjoyed such as the fire pit and the spa. Our code didn’t work at check in, a TV and an window air conditioner in one of the rooms wouldn’t work, however they did offer to come right out and fix it, which was great, but it just wasn’t needed for us to continue our amazing stay. My family didn’t want our vacation to end. We defiantly would love to have a return vacation to this location’.

This would be a perfect beach vacation if management were more responsive to fixing some necessary repairs. The bathroom in the kids bunk bedroom didn’t work for the entire five days we were there, after repeated calls, texts, emails, etc. A plumbing team spent one day there drilling and banging, clanging, so we could not take naps in any room, but the worst part was they said they didnt know what to do to fix the toilet. So five little children had to go into the adults bedrooms at night, and during the day. There were many other issues as well that we needed to call about.... no air conditioning in several bedrooms, incorrect info about how to start fire pit, one bathroom so tiny it would be rated substandard, ice-maker didn’t work well, and more. One bedroom and bath was on a lower level with access from outside stairs, so that couldn’t be used by little kids in the night. The sad thing is that management either did not answer our texts, or acted like we should be happy that we had other bathrooms! We did love the layout, and beautiful ocean views, and ocean access. Would love to come back, if things worked properly.

Great Family Vacation
Spent four nights with the family and we all had a great time. The property was beautiful with spectacular views of the ocean. The huge private beach was amazing. My kids played volleyball and there was still plenty of room for the grandkids to play at the same time. Everybody was sad to leave but we will be back again for sure.

Amazing beach house!!
We absolutely loved our stay at the beach house. The entire house was spotless. All bedrooms were well appointed. The patio views are breathtaking. We had a little trouble figuring out the remote with the television and the fire pit. We called the property managers to inquire and the lady was unable to answer our questions. We left our phone number, but did not hear back at all. Not a big problem, though. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful beach vacation.

Beautiful home with a beautiful view - safe fenced sand area before the boulder sea protection
Our other vrbo homes were better supplied than this beautiful home - only spices - not enough garbage bags, food storage bags/ wrap or paper towels -no sugar, salt flour oil etc- limited towels . overall it is perfect for families however The 5th bedroom was not accessible from inside and had to be accessed down steep stairs to the fire pit area - the description mentioned the room but did not say it could only be accessed from the outside - not sure if that would have changed our plans but I didn’t Know about it til we were there . the entire area is fenced and safe for children. the path over the boulders is not too difficult for most . The house is not a single level beach home however as was described - there are also two steps inside from one living room/ bedrooms area to the kitchen/ bedrooms Again not a problem for most but if a person could not step up , it would be - The freezer door would not close well ,so food would soften , The maintainence had a problem with the door entry codes but was able to repair the dishwasher. It took a while to get the repairs but office very helpful. Although my husband could not go down to the water area this time, he loved just watching the ocean and the grandkids playing ! The master bedroom was lovely tho I needed a stool to get up on the very high bed !! It was a beautiful home with a beautiful view Although It is very expensive we would go again

Spa issues
The management team could not unlock all the doors to get to breaker switch. Three days later got the codes and the spa was working. I am expecting a credit because it was fixable and the grandkids really loved it. All other things were great and we will be booking more in the future
