We loved our stay at the Sago Palm. All the staff were super friendly and courteous and most of all professional. The room was great — very comfortable and clean. We liked the sweet patio in our room as well. The hotel was well located so as to be-able to walk around to the craft market and different restaurants, as well as our favorite, Juici Patties 😊

As a woman travelling alone, this hotel made me feel safe. the staff are so lovely, so welcoming and helpful & everyone helped to make my stay enjoyable. The rooms are of the highest quality & i felt like a Queen stretching out in the big bed. it was worth every penny & when i come back to Ocho i will definitely stay again. I loved the staff. From the female security guard that greeted me upon my arrival, the front desk staff, restaurant staff and housekeeping. Everyone was a pleasure. I loved my room and the pool being steps away. I have no complaints and will definitely return. Food and drinks were delicious as well.

Great stays and amazing staff @ Sago Palm.

My stay at Sago was really great overall. The location is fantastic and the staff is amazing!! Christopher at the front desk in particular was very helpful during my stay. My friends and I ran into an issue and the hotel manager—Yoland remedied the situation to our complete satisfaction and actually went above and beyond my expectations. This was my second stay at Sago and I was very happy on both occasions. Their breakfast is wonderful as well as their pool.
