Like: convenient. beautiful grounds. comfy bed. Front Desk manager said she would "make it right" at my next stay - if ever I should consider another stay. Dislike: #1) no room service! All room services and supplies are by request only - This Is Not the Best Western I know and chose to stay at. Call front desk = Go to front desk to request and receive provisions. Then get treatment as if I am disturbing the staff, vs them caring for guests. 2) noisy (freeway, road, parking lot, and other hotel guests). 3) night desk clerk, Che', was rude and not accommodating at all - as if I was bothering her vs her doing her job and helping the guests.

Gorgeous gardens! This property was beautiful, from its new Mission furniture to the beautiful rock and wood finishes inside and out. The outdoor spaces with the firepits, waterfalls, ponds and seating areas were such a wonderful surprise. The two ladies at check-in and the the one at check-out were very friendly, efficient, and pointed out all the places at the property to check out. The breakfast room staff and housekeepers were also very sweet and friendly. I will stay here again on future travels for certain and I will tell my friends to stay here too on their travels. There is a wedding venue here too that is to die for!

The facility is clean and looked inviting when you entered the room. However, you can tell by some of the woodwork around the door in the bathroom that maintenace will have to get a handle on before it is an issue.

Let me start off by saying the property is beautiful. The amenities are lovely, but the staff is very shady. I noticed after checking out the next night around midnight my card was charged for $250 which did not go through and I received an email from my bank. I then called the hotel and asked what this was about. The night desk Woman told me that my room was charged $250 for smoking. I told her I smoked one time out by the dog park where she told me I was allowed to smoke the night before when I had checked in. And that was it. I would never smoke in a hotel room, especially because the other guest was my 10-year-old child!!! Once I explained this to her, she told me "oh don't worry. I'm the one that handles the charging and finances and since it didn't go through, don't worry about it" and she took my number and said the manager would call me. I said OK have a good night. Well, about 45 minutes later another attempt charge on my card from this hotel was made for $250. Also declined, a few minutes later a charge for $200 was declined, then another few minutes later a charge for $150 was tried and declined. Then they proceeded to try for $100 and that was also declined. And then at 6 o'clock in the morning they attempted one last time for the $250. Which was also declined. I have turned my card of and what do you know I still haven't heard from their manager!!

Very clean. Nice towels and water pressure. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. The only thing we didnt like was that the pool was in a building a parking lot away. We disnt feel like we could put on our suits and go to the hot tub because we had to walk outside so darn far. The pool and hot tu n& 1z
