Spacious Vacation Villa in Starved Rock Country. Perfect for getting outdoors, exploring the area or just staying nestled in to enjoy this cozy home. So much to do within 15 minutes or less-hiking at Starved Rock and Matthiessen State Park (all season beauty), canoeing, horseback riding, river cruise, sky diving, feasts throughout year and more. Or kick back-eat in, play games, watch movies and relax! Whatever you choose it's a great getaway near Chicago and the suburbs to enjoy.

Our place has many extras....fully functioning kitchen with some spices as well; snacks and some bottled water-Brita in refrigerator, too ; K-cups, sugar and creamer; games/DVD's; welcome binder with some suggestions for things to do and places to eat; 2 lawn chairs and small table so you can be outside and more.
During your stay at this holiday home, you're just a quick walk from Starved Rock State Park. Enjoy your stay with amenities like a kitchen and 2 bathrooms in the holiday home.

We saw some earwigs and were killing them so I think a pest control visit is in order. The king bed was very hard and not comfortable. The water in the bathroom when running down the sink smelled awful. Other than that the stay was geat the environment was cool and the property managemnrt team was informative quick and very nice.

A great all-around experience. Lot's of room to relax, a nice big kitchen with a breakfast bar, and all a stone's throw from Starved Rock. I loved the balcony off the bedroom and the jacuzzi. The Grand Bear lodge has a great bar as well. Great restaurant options between Utica, Peru and Ottawa, or venture over to the Starved Rock state park lodge restaurant.

Wonderful place!
Thank you for the wonderful stay! This townhome is larger than the pictures make it seem, had everything we needed and was a perfect location. Lots of fun things to do right around the resort. We tempt enjoyed our time!

Great property , great location. Best cabin experience.
Cabin was clean and had anything we needed for our stay. Great amenities and perfect location that was near fishing, hiking and lovely views of nature. Upon arrival easy check in. This property was definitely bigger than we expected. We had amazing views of the starry sky from each balcony. It was a calm and serene trip. We will definitely be staying here again in the near future. Tom was a excellent host. If your looking for a five star rental this is definitely the right choice.
