I had an awesome stay at this property! The location was perfect—everything I needed was within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient to explore the area. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional customer service. The staff went above and beyond, consistently polite, kind, and attentive. Their professionalism and genuine warmth made my stay even more enjoyable, and they should absolutely be commended for their outstanding hospitality. One small note: I did notice that the onsite parking fee has increased, which was a bit surprising. While it didn’t detract from my overall experience, it’s something to be aware of for future visits. All in all, I highly recommend this place and look forward to staying here again!

Very good location that is close to the airport, monorail station and also Naha City centre where many great restaurants are located. Even locally there are pubs and ramen restaurants that closes at 1:30 am. The rooms are clean, tidy and quiet. Good place to rest after a hard day enjoying the sites and eating 🍽️ 🍜 🍣 🍱 The shower, bathtub and toilet are all splendid as expected of a good Japanese hotel. The only thing was that the TV was a small 24” with no international channels. But we are not ones to watch TV anyway. The bed was slightly hard but we still managed to sleep well

It wa the very first stay in this property though I have been to Naha almost every month for business.. it is located on the busy street where traffic is always busy but if your room is on the other side of the entrance, good ocean view and quietness is guaranteed especially on the high floors. Room was upgraded and could check in before noon for VIP access status.

Nice safe harbor
This hotel was in a nice location down from the train ramp. They were accommodating with ordering my morning taxi to the airport. I enjoyed the rooftop bar for a last Japanese Whisky. Wish I had time for the spa.
